Doordashed and they messed my order up so had to go and get it remade and corrected just to get another 15 wings that are supposed to be mild. Still taste plain and the oil at the bottom is ridiculous. Photos make the wings look good but they are not.

When it’s good it’s really good. They need to be more consistent. Today it was just eh. The wings were slightly overcooked and we ordered extra sauce on the side. I’m not happy to pay $1.49 for them to never fill the cup. It’s the only consistency they seem to have is ripping you off with the sauce by giving half of what you’re paying for. In the photo I just opened those. No dips were made. The carrots and celery were fresh and crisp and they came with ranch. It was more full than the sauce for the wings. I’m not sure if it’s this location or industry wide but they need to get consistency. When they get it right you can’t wait to go back but when they dont it’s not memorable or crave worthy. Do better wingstop!

Manager on Night Shift Handled it real well, but Raven in London was threatening a customer in front of everybody pretty much is laughing at stupid remarks they was having wasn’t doing their job. They deserve to get fired don’t have a little kids working for them. It should be a proper person that could dress accordingly as a dress code.

Ordered online and received an estimated time to be ready at 16-21 minutes. Showed up at the storefront in 20 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes for my food to be ready. Got home and was missing a blue cheese. The blue cheese we did get had a thick film on top. You can see in the photos. About half the fries we got were super thick and undercooked as you can see in the photos.
