We ordered on Uber EATS, and forgot to mark the option for the complimentary ranch they give you with your wings. Not the additional one you pay for. I called up there for it to be placed in the bag with the driver, I explained I was sending this to someone who doesn’t have a vehicle in that area. I would like it added. The employee told me no bc it wasn’t on my receipt. A FREE ranch lol, I asked to speak with the supervisor and they refused to get one the phone. Customer service was terrible, over-talking me and also saying “well you can just come in and get it”. Mind you this is over the complimentary ranch comes with the wings. So I get off the phone and the order is incorrect and old! So not only did they argue about the complimentary ranch the food was incorrect. So I had to order my friend another meal from somewhere else bc it was wrong.

Went into the store for a pickup. Both employees completely ignored me. The female was right in front of me behind the counter simply looking elsewhere and inspecting an order, the man was eating his food at a table.
When she was done, I asked if that order she inspected was for my pickup name only for the man to say you have to sign in with your initials. I assumed this was odd but did it because that location may have been dealing with theft issues.
Anyway, he drops a cup and a carrier in front of me. I get the drink, place it in the carrier, then she gets the order and places it in front of me.
The same person who placed the carrier in front of me which I used came back and said “that’s a 4 carrier, you don’t get it”. The lady giggles. At this point, I am completely disgusted by the behavior from both of them.
That man does not deserve to be employed there. That lady simply needs training. Date is 02/05 at about 9 pm.

Me and my husband stopped in here after a flight into Columbus. It was pretty busy, a lot of people waiting. Our wings were good. We got an order of bbq and garlic Parmesan. It took about 30 minutes to get our food. We dined in. The wings were fresh, tasty, and their ranch dressing is top notch! Our fries were not very fresh. The employees weren’t all that friendly. The location was a bit sketchy to be at late night. This was my first time trying wingstop. We will check out a different location next time.

Me my mom and sister ate at this wing stop yesterday. The food wasn’t bad. But after eating like 30 minutes late my stomach started to hurt really bad, and so as my mom and sister. The next day me and my sister both got food poisoning from the wings and THREW UP. Not sure if they just wasn’t cleaning their food or their hands but all three of us got sick from them wings…

People park in the fire zone (in front of door) and reeks of weed. It’s disgusting.
The fries were not fresh at all. The cashier pulled a name out of his butt for my order so we didn’t get our order for like 30 minutes by that time our food was warm not hot.
They were out of napkins and the tables were sticky.
Definitely will not return here. But the food I would get delivered because it was decent. The ranch was really good.

Never again. This food gave me terrible food poisoning. Shortly after eating, my stomach started hurting. I’m not sure if the preparation areas aren’t being cleaned properly, but I definitely got sick from this place.

The chicken sandwiches were pretty good. However they forgot the pickles which were needed. The wings were good also. The problem with this location is the wait. Regardless if your given a time to pick up in the evening it’ll never be that time. I’ve ordered here multiple times & it’s always the same problem @ night the wait time is awful. For the price you spend they should really be prompt with service. So if you order have your air fryer on stand by.

I had a delivery to my house. When it came the fries were over salted and COLD. And both my sister and my mom got raw chicken in their pieces. I have never had an experience like this but I tried calling and nobody answered. I paid $50 for raw chicken and cold fries.

Usually everything is so good but as of lately the customer service has been so rude and standoffish. The food has been served to me extremely cold the last 3 times. I definitely won’t be going back here. Wingstop in Columbus is generally trash. I guess Wings Over it is.
