This was my first time trying Wingstop, and what a disappointment. I made a large order and was excited to try everything. To my surprise, I arrived, and my order wasn’t even printed. I asked for a refund, and they said only the boss could give refunds, but they refused to give me any contact information. My only choice was to read off my entire order while the employee quickly scribbled on a piece of paper. I write this as I wait another 30 minutes for my order to be made.

The worker took my info and said the boss would contact me, which he never did. I wasn’t a fan of the dry rub on the wings and they put way too much sauce on the other ones. Besides for the flavors not being good, my partner and I got sick from the wings. I do not recommend coming here at all.

A lot of standing around talking and not working. One guy was on his phone the ENTIRE TIME.
He got in the way of the guy bagging orders. No one asked him to move they engaged and continued to look at whatever he kept showing on his phone. Allowing him to interfere with their work.
Waited 25 minutes for my order. Wasn’t one customer inside when I came in. Mostly all the tables were dirty, straw paper and ranch spilled on many along with crumbs. Drink area dirty. Trash on floor. Straw paper and spilled drink on counter.
This is crazy when everyone is standing around.
They work entirely too slow.
Asked for wet wings didn’t get extra sauce.

Every place is going to have good reviews and bad reviews. There are bad and off days that happen but we were fortunate enough to order on a great day. I have eaten Wingstop all over the US from the midwest to the south east and this location by far was the best. After we finished eating I had to compliment the staff working that night, which seemed like only 2 from what I could see. Friendly, personable and welcoming. The wings and tenders were super fresh to the point we had to let them cool! Everything was perfectly seasoned and sauced. This was what I was looking for when it came to the “hype” that surrounds Wingstop. This will be my default location. If Justin is working the night you order food you’re getting your money’s worth!
