Update –
Went back and told them it was wrong. Waited another 20 mins for them to remake it. Got to the car to check it and it was WRONG AGAIN. they gave me a whole new batch of bone in wings. Waiting on a refund.
Awful. Waited 30+ minutes over estimated pick up time. Got home and all my boneless wings were bone in and the whole order was cold. So now I’m having to bring it back up and wait again for my correct order.

Started off unable to take our order, nobody told us we couldn’t, we just got ignored for 20 minutes… and with no alternative to order. So I downloaded the app and ordered. An hour later, we got our bag and some of the order was missing (major components). Asked numerous times for the wings and ended up getting the wrong flavor and kind of wings 20 minutes later.

Easy online carryout order. The staff was friendly. Food was ready on time. Location was clean. Food was amazing. We tried 3 different types of fries and 3 different flavored wings. It didn’t disappoint. First time trying this location and will be back again.

Counter worker is incapable of taking a basic order. Did not add things to our order that were part of the combo and then told us we would have to pay extra when we went back and pointed this out. Did not follow anything we said while ordering. Music is also insanely loud. It make sense why this location has such a low rating

Super friendly staff! Thomas went out of his way to welcome guests. Didn’t realize it was the grand opening when we went, but will definitely be returning to this location. Also plenty of seating, which is not the case at some other local Wingstop locations. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Food is good, but the service is awful. We have been twice and the soda machine was broken both times. Counter service can barley take orders and complete ignore you if you need something during your visit.

This is my 3rd time placing an order and being dissatisfied. This time I did contact the store to let them know of my dissatisfaction. The wings with any rub are never fully seasoned. Their process is broken, and you’re left with partially seasoned wings because they do not ensure the rub is all over the wing. The fries are always cold, and there is always a wait even if you place an order online. The manager agreed on replacing the meal, although they were not receptive to the constructive criticism to fix the broken process. Her suggestion is for me to request extra seasoning. After this, it will be my last time patronizing this business. It doesn’t make sense to spend money where they are committed to getting it wrong.

This is the worst service ever. They’re supposed to close at 1 AM, but I ordered food at 11:30 PM and they had nothing left to sell. They just seem to be interested in getting home quickly and don’t serve customers until the supposed closing time. The worst part is they didn’t offer any solution for my order; they just told me they were out of food. Terrible service. When I call the store, nobody answer

Came here with my family on Saturday around 7pm and it was a 10/10 experience. The customer service was amazing and the boy at the register taking our order was patient and very very helpful. On top of all that the lobby was very clean and the wings were cooked exactly how I like them. Absolutely loved coming here and I would recommend!

I was given the wrong wings. When I returned to get correct ones, it was handled very well. I got to keep the wrong wings as well as get my correct ones. Customer service was great !
