Ordered some take out wings. I ordered online and ended up showing up 10.minutes earlier than the quotes time. Staff was courteous accommodating and quick to get me my order. I was in and out in less than 5 min. The food was hot, prepared perfectly, and delicious . I would recommend this location to anyone looking to get their wing fix in. I will definitely be returning in the future. Also 40% off wing deals are also a plus.

We got chicken and fries takeout. My husband’s was Louisiana rub and was fine. Mine was lemon pepper and we shared Parmesan fries. Mine tasted like the top came off of the salt shaker. It was not edible. The fries also were very salty. Our first time there because it was well recommended. Hopefully the food is not always that salty but I won’t return.

Worst food I’ve tasted in a while. The garlic parm was overly garlic. The mild was so buttery you couldn’t even taste the mild in it. And the lemon pepper was so lemony you couldn’t even enjoy it. Bdubs has never disappointed me as much as you guys have! They used to be really good competitors and now y’all’s food is buns! If I wanted overly seasoned stuff i could have just asked my kids to cook something.

I recently stopped by to pick up my order for me and the wife. I normally order plain tenders with fries. I asked the store manager if I can have a side of Korean barbecue, bc I wanted to try that flavor without feeling like I wasted my money if I didn’t like it. His response was sickening and greedy. Seth the store manager told me to fill out a “good review “ if I want a side of the sauce or free fries with it. I personally didn’t like that response and think it was pathetic. I told him never mind I’ll start going to the Union branch bc they don’t coerce me into giving them a fake review over some sauce. when the store manager Seth replied this is wack. I personally think that is unprofessional in his position and will keep my word Florence will never receive my money. What is “ wack” is who runs the Florence branch.

Wings were rubbery skinned and didn’t hold their sauce and rubs. A lot of oil and/or butter in the baskets. with the seasoning that should have been on the wings. The meat was a bit rubbery as well. A lot of issues. It seems like fryer oil temp wasn’t hot enough. Also the seasoning wasn’t blended properly with the butter. We’ll try again at some point. It was pretty bad. I will add like most of the other reviewers, the customer service was good but it doesn’t make the wings better.

Ordered original hot and these were my wings…I’m not sure how you can look at these and think they have plenty of sauce on them. Basically just got 15 chicken nuggets with ranch.

This was terrible first we got one bag of food and they brought the bag it said two of two, but they only brought back two they never brought back one had to call and complain. They bring back one. It’s ice cold. All the food is ice cold kids couldn’t even eat it. I had to buy a new food spent $56 on this meal. Every time I order from them it’s nothing but a terrible experience. I will never order again and I will make sure that everybody knows never to buy from Wingstop in Florence off of Mall Road.

Placed an order for lunch, was around $250 for all the guys at the shop. Sent my driver there and they had no idea of the order. Tried ordering over the phone but they wouldn’t accept payment over the phone. Heard good things about the place on social media but was very let down when they wouldn’t even take my order.
