Ordered for delivery through Wingstop app and when Doordash driver showed up she had wrong order. She went back to store to get right order then we were short 20 wings. DD Driver went back to store and came back with only 5 wings. I myself had to go to store to get the order right. Total about 2 hours to get all of the food I ordered. Please check all orders before sending out to customers. Food was cold and some of the wings we got with the DD second stop were way overcooked and meat was like charcoal briquets. If you order from here, please check orders.
EDIT: Owner reached out and provided a full refund of order. Gave them another chance and the order was correct and food was fresh. Upped the review to reflect the good customer service.

We recently ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats. On a previous occasion, they missed an entire meal—four tenders and fries. When I called to address the issue, they assured me that they would add the missing meal to our next order.
Tonight, we decided to order from Wingstop. I placed the order and called the store to provide the details for the missing meal. The manager confirmed she would add it to the order. However, the delivery took an hour, and the Uber driver mentioned that Wingstop claimed I had added multiple items, which delayed the delivery. In reality, I only added the meal owed from the previous order, with a minimal additional cost.
When we finally received the order, it was incomplete. They had left out the corn and ten bone-in wings. The container with the bone-in wings appeared as if they had been eaten, though the bag was sealed upon delivery, so the issue wasn’t with the Uber driver.
Also the chicken sandwiches had pickles it’s supposed to be no pickles! Pictured below
I called the store to report the problem. The staff member who answered initially couldn’t locate the order and then questioned if someone had eaten the missing items. This was highly unprofessional. I was then transferred to the manager, who argued that the order was packed correctly and refused to address the issue. I offered to provide photos and documentation, but the manager told me to resolve it with Uber and then abruptly hung up.
This has been the worst service I have ever experienced, I want my money back and I plan to continue addressing this issue with the manager and owner.

Haven’t eaten at a Wing Stop since we moved to Mississippi. The manager was great. Welcomed everyone that walked through the door. Food was as good as we remembered. Staff was friendly and courteous. Restaurant was clean. We will be back!

I really detest this location but my daughter likes Wingstop. They get two stars for always getting my order right. That’s it.
Took an hour from ordering in app to getting my order.
Blatantly ignored three times after she called my name indicating that the order was ready. As I’m walking up within seconds of my name being called, she’s calling out other names simultaneously but gives everyone their order except mine.
Need to improve multitasking, efficiency and customer service.

If there was a NEGATIVE button, I would choose that! This was one of the WORST experiences I’ve had at any restaurant and I mean ANY! I ordered my food through Door Dash, so I guess the staff felt as though this was going to be acceptable!!!! I called first and the little ignorant girl that answered the phone was very unprofessional and would not tell me the manager’s name. If I wanted to go to Wing Stop, I would not have paid the extra money to have it delivered. Went anyway and when I made it the little girl at the from asked me was I placing an order or bringing something back? When I clearly put the food on the counter. She proceeds to take a phone order while I am standing there waiting for assistance. I had to stall another employee and ask her for the manager’s name as well as shoe her my food! The remade my food, but this WingStop needs an overall! It was filthy, the cook was wearing basketball shorts, the employees clothes were dirty, it was just a nasty mess. They had like three or four baskets of chicken sitting over the grease. Had to tell the young lady I did not want any of that chicken. I have never seen such unprofessionalism on all my days. The pictures below are of my food; I was supposed to have ALL FLATS and that dark, dry corn is the first corn they sent me through Door Dash. The second corn was old as well, but not as old as the first.

This is the WORST WingStop in the Metro are of Mississippi! Here I am a couple of years later and they still have sorry tail, lazy, nasty attitude service! Still serving OLD food to people and have the audacity to get upset because you bring it back! I will not come here again! They really need to SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!!!

First the order was placed wrong. A partial refund was given. Continued to wait for the 6 piece combo. Waited 30 minutes. Was asked on 2 occasions what was the name on my order, once by the staff then by the manager. After being asked by the manager, I assume my order was either skipped or removed. She then went to ask the cashier did she ring me up. Seemingly placing blame on her, but she did her job !! I then asked for my entire refund, because I was not waiting another 30 minutes to get food. Wasted my time and no food !!!

This is the only WINGSTOP I’ve been to in my life, but I’ll say it’s one of the worst you’ll ever walk-in to! Nasty and disorganized. The staff seems polite but the whole atmosphere makes you never want to dine-in because the place just feels funky. For my second time going here the food was worse than before. Hopefully there will be renovations on how to make the place look more appealing to the eye and more hygienic.

This isn’t wing stop been to plenty of locations around the world and pretty much gotten what I asked for. Came in the front desk young lady was rude. Tried hard for me not to order a meal given this impossible wait time. Then proceeded to order. 10 piece meal original hot. Got the order should have checked it before I left. 10 piece was raw, and the fries where over cooked tried to call and they didn’t answer the phone. I tried to call the order in as well they didn’t answer the phone. Not sure what it is about not answering the phone but dang. Not sure what management or ownership is doing but obviously they don’t care. Never will visit here again.
