We went in around dinner time and shift change so we interacted with both shifts. Raa helped us place our order and get our food. She also checked on us and made sure we had a good experience. Eventhough the ranch dips weren’t in our bag it was a quick and easy fix. Jenea came in with her crew and made sure we enjoyed our food and she helped correct the 1 issue we had! The food was got and fresh and we enjoyed our meals. The stars of the show were the employees. They were friendly, helpful and a delight to interact with. We will definitely return to this location.

2/25/26 Just left there ordered a 10pc classic with hot honey and mild wings. The mild wings had little to no sauce on them. I’m writing this review because as I was eating my food, I got a strong smell of pee smell. I smelled my wings and fries and the smell seem to have been coming from the black box container that the wings were in. I’m praying that wingstop doesn’t have any rat problems. This the only thing I could have thought of the reason why the box could have that smell. (UPDATE) Here it is 3/6/26 after submitting the online complaint like the “owner “ suggested. know one has reached out about the issue on 2/25/26 I will be contacting the health department alone with several different agencies this not acceptable and it wouldn’t go unaddressed.

Ordered around 9/915pm they were out of tea for the night. Weird since they close at 1am. I know more people are gonna want tea. It doesn’t take long to make. Every time I go in, it smells of weed and associates are typically rude, ignoring or rushing us with no inbetween. The only thing that brings me back are the amazing french fries!

Ordered online at 12:30 for a 2:30 pm pick up. Only two people working- needed more help. It’s a Saturday with college football should have expected high volume orders, food was not even started when arrived for pickup at 2:30 waited 20 minutes then ask employee if “carrots” were in the bag he said yes. Should have checked they were not in bag but we paid for them. Employees were very nice but overwhelmed with orders. Management needs to be aware as other guest were short their orders as well. Living 20 minutes drive away would not go back for items not included.

The food was exactly what I was looking for. Fries were seasoned well, not cold. Wings were crispy with just the right amount of sauce for my taste. The hot lemon flavor is excellent, i searched out a wing stop after hearing about it. I will say, the wings are smallish, but that’s the usual across most restaurants these days. And if you’re watching your salt intake, the hot lemon had a pretty extreme amount of salt. I love salt, and so it didn’t bother me, but I can imagine some people finding it too salty.
I care about getting what i ordered in a reasonable amount of time, and i care that the food is good. Those conditions were met, and so i would absolutely come back.

We ALWAYS order wingstop and it’s usually a big favorite, BUT idk if they’ve changed managers or what, but tonight was not a good experience. I wish I knew names, but the lady at the counter was AMAZING, but everyone else in the back had nothing but nasty attitude. We understand it’s a Friday and it’s busy, but that doesn’t give any right for people to wait almost an hour for food when orders were being placed after by new customers and done beforehand. Simply put if you don’t have the time or patience to work in fast food DON’T DO IT. Picking and choosing who you’re nice to doesn’t look good either especially for such a big company.

If I could leave no stars I sure would. The wings were raw. All of them absolutely RAW. First time In a long time since we have eaten here. Definitely will not be back.
We took them back to the restaurant. The manager Ann snatched the food and said “we cook everything to time”. Refuse to take any accountability, or fix the problem. If ANN is who manages this place, i wouldn’t drink a fountain drink from here if my life depended on it.

Thank you WingStop for having Desiree as your customer service specialist. I wasn’t happy with my order, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and she corrected it with a smile. That’s what customer service is about. The below picture is the remake and it was hot and fresh.
