Walked in and placed a to go order for 2 ten piece meals. There were a few to go orders on the board. My husband and I got our drinks and he sat down while I went to the bathroom. By the time I came out they were calling our order. I was in shock! The order was not only correct but also the wings were hot and the fries fresh. The staff was pleasant and the store was clean. Thank you for such a pleasant experience wingstop!

New Years Eve …To the lady running the front counter…the place was packed and she stayed calm. She handed out cups to those who had drink orders so that they could have a drink while waiting. Awesome service even though wait times were long. They did a great job under pressure!

Ordered food online and it said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I ordered at 6:42 and arrived at 7:00. There were several people waiting for orders with one person advising they placed their order at 4:00 to be ready at 6:45. They finally got their food at 7:10. All of this while the manager sat in the back corner not even trying to help the employees get food out to guests. I finally received my food at 7:30…48 minutes after ordering and 27 minutes after when they said it would be ready. I now see why the reviews for this restaurant are low because management doesn’t even care to get up and help to ensure guests are taken care of. Very poorly run restaurant. Get someone that cares about getting the food to the guests in the time you say it’ll be or at least gets up to show some hospitality to the guests waiting forever for their food.
Update: I’ve ordered 3 times since this review and switched it from 1 star to 5 stars. The last 3 times my pick up order was ready when it said it would. Staff is very hospitable. I check my bag every time and today I was missing a 6 piece wing. The employee apologized and got it for me by the time I was done filling up my drinks.

I showed up to the location at 10:45 ordered 2 combos and didn’t leave until 11:15. The fountain bar was taken apart, I brought that to the team’s attention. I was told to “wait a sec” after it was put together. There was no acknowledgment of it being ready. When I received my order, no acknowledgment of time it took or for coming in.
I thought that maybe it was busy but it was just me and small child in the lobby. Only one other uber eats came in while I was onsite.

I don’t understand why they have such bad reviews? This location is as good as any other Wingstop location that I’ve been to. The food was fresh and tasted good, staff was friendly and working with a sense of urgency. Also, the store looked very clean.

New to Arlington. Ordered 2 times. First time it was ok, excess oil but tasted ok. Second order for 30$(including tip) I placed it using app and they skipped 12$ worth of item. It’s night and can not go and ask them. It’s their responsibility. I rate this as a shady business since other reviews also saying missing order/items. Highly suggest to avoid this place. I’m going to dispute them. He removed the order slip(not sure it’s usual thing). Scammers.

It’s pretty new but kinda gloomy inside. My husband and myself got our own 10 piece wing combo. Didn’t care for them much for the wings. They weren’t seasoned, just deep fried and tossed in a sauce or rub. They were okay, but just didn’t live up to our expectations. The lady that appeared to be the supervisor or manager was very nice. She was cleaning and singing while taking orders and everything else.
