I had come in with an online order. Me and my wife had ordered a plain chicken sandwich meal got the complete wrong sandwich with some hot sauce on there, wings and 2 cheese frys. When we had came in we got our food and the guy handed it to us with no drinks so I asked for my drinks and got the wrong size drink I’m sorry but If im paying for a large I don’t want your smallest size which is what I was given and the guy rolling his eyes back like a kid grow up you filled your application not me. It’s your job to make sure we get our right stuff. And I usually don’t get mad ab fast food things because I have been in the industry but this was just pure laziness today.

We absolutely love this place, everything on the menu is very addictive! My wife and I eat here very often, and everyone is always very friendly. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Ray. Ray made sure to greet us and later checked in with us to make sure our food was perfect. It’s so nice to see people who really appreciate their customers and when you can tell they love their job. We will definitely keep coming back.

This food was the worst of our trip. We have had better chicken strips frozen at home. The place was dirty and the condiments weren’t stocked. There isn’t even a trash can in the lobby. It was piled in the floor. We sure wont be back.

Going to be honest here. The only reason I came to Wingstop was to satiate my sister’s cravings for wings. The restaurant itself was tiny, so carry-out is your best call here. The staff (all 2 of them at the time I was there) were excellent workers. The girl was friendly and had excellent customer service. The guy in the back was working as hard as he could on getting orders out. They were short-staffed and it shows.
Despite that, when I used the restroom, someone had made a clear mess of things. I let the staff know and within 5 minutes (after she helped a door dash driver with an order) she rushed to the restroom and cleaned it WELL. Excellent job to the folks who were working yesterday.

Food and service is always great. However, the owners need to send in some maintenance men to fix the men’s bathroom door. It does not lock and has not locked since being open. I would think some type of inspector would frown on this. In other words, if you go in to use the restroom or wash your hands someone else can just walk in on you. This is a 1 person restroom; not a multi person room.
