This is our second time coming and after today probably won’t be back. When we got there, a man was yelling at an employee for not washing her hands after using the restroom. While waiting for our pickup order, we got to hear an employee screaming (from the back but so loud the whole building could hear) about how her boyfriend is a POS that doesn’t do anything and blah blah (okay I get it we’ve all been there but no need to scream and cuss while there were customers in the building) but THEN she starts talking about how she’s on her period (still cussing and screaming) WHILE a man was sitting there eating. Food is good enough but there is absolutely no etiquette from the staff.

Second time placing an order an hour in advance just to arrive and listen to a female front worker openly complain about customers attitudes about having waiting an insane amount of time for orders and continued to complain the whole time. Wings were way over sauced. They were just swimming in the Togo box. It’s like it was almost soup and the wings were okay at best. I spent $87 to just have to run down to McDonald’s.
Update: the manager gave me my money back and agreed. Will probably give it another shot later on. Give them some more time.

I went in for lunch the other day, and the staff didn’t take time to thoroughly cook my food. I bit into the chicken and it was raw. I have had to call twice to get a refund, and I still haven’t received it. I have been told the general manager would give me a call and refund it. I haven’t heard anything. Let’s just say that I won’t be returning there. That kind of thing could make someone absolutely sick.
