Why do people like this chain??? Got some boneless wings deal and some of the cajun ranch fries. The fries were ok. The chicken was horrible. Dried out and overcooked. And none of the four sauces were any good at all. Basically just tasted like mildly spicy salt licks. Mango hab, garlic parm, korean bbq, and hot honey rub. Every one just awful. Tried a couple of each and threw the rest in the trash. Gonna set you back over a dollar per wing!! Don’t waste your money. Zaxbys, KFC, Chik fila, or especially Bojangles are 4-5 steps better than this place, and half the price.

Enjoyed our 20-piece bone-in chicken wings. Ordered them extra crispy and that’s how they came. Delivery was efficient. All good there. However, they forgot to add the (paid extra for) side of celery with our order, which I understand isn’t all that unusual for this particular store. That was disappointing because we really enjoy that little bit of crunch. We don’t live close enough to the store to want to drive back for it. Might order again, but they really need to double-check their orders.

Bit my boneless slash tender because I’m not sure what it was it was so full of grease I choked. The presentation is horrible the tenders were half sauced I asked for extra lemon pepper rub and there are about 2 pepper flakes that I can see my plain tenders are so dried up I can’t bounce a coin off of them. Overall disappointment is the word for today. I don’t think I’ll be returning I’ll just got Buffalo Wild Wings next time for dinner after a long work day.

Juliana was very attentive and nice at the cash register! The wings were great. The downside of this restaurant is the wait time between ordering food and actually receiving. Maybe expect food to take 30+ minutes. However, if you order ahead to account for that time, then you could place a mobile order and it be ready when you get there! Other than that, it was pretty good.

After having not been here a while (due to no rub on my chicken several times) I decided to test fate. I am elated! My food was out as soon as I got there, everything was delicious and seasoned well. The gentleman in the back was quick to hand me my things, possibly having a rough day. Maybe I got lucky, but hopefully it will stay this good.

My sister got food there yesterday and had an issue with her order so she called in and it was replaced BUT they shorted her on the total amount she was supposed to receive (they gave her 5 out of the 6 wings she had originally paid for).
I went in today to get the replacement and the man upfront with the long beard is rude and seems miserable. I was kind to him and he gave me nothing but attitude. I ended up having to turn my car around and go back to the store to purchase blue cheese (because “she didn’t say she needed that replaced. If you don’t ask for it, then you don’t get it” which, I assumed a dip came with their food. I could be wrong) and when I did so, I left my car running in front of the store for just a second ( my child was in the car so I wanted to be able to see it ). He threatened me with a ticket for ” parking ” there so I told him to call the police on me.
I rarely ever go in to there but when I do, I shouldn’t be threatened!

The food is good, the service is good as is the atmosphere. So why the one star ? I guess Wingstop has determined very beneficial for business to raise their prices on their food. I just chicken wings are now considered rich man food. I’m not paying 25 to $30 just for 20 wings and french fries. There are restaurants in my town that also have chicken wings. They are better tasting and cheaper.

The food was pretty good, just what you would expect from a fast food wing joint. $16 for 10 wings and fries seems pricey. 2 stars for the wait! 20 minutes standing in their dining room on a slow Sunday afternoon waiting for my food. Whole place and experience is just very underwhelming.

So gross. My wings were overcooked and dry and barely sauced yet the takeout box was completely full with oil! The frying oil! It is now drying like bacon grease. Fries were soggy and undercooked so explain that. Worst wings Ive ever had but most expensive.
Update: my kids and husband who still braved through the nastiest, all have terrible stomach cramps now. Ugh when will these businesses take pride in their name!?

The actual wings were good, but it would’ve been better if I actually received all the wings that I ordered. Ordered and picked up an order for my mom’s birthday. When I got home to set out the orders, I noticed I was shorted 6 wings. I would do an inventory before walking out.
Tried calling and was on hold forever, they never answered after two attempts. No resolution capable this route.
Scheduled a pick up time, and they were even late by 7-10 minutes from the pick-up time.
I got there early, ahead of my time, and sat at one of their 4 tables. It was an absolute mess. Sauce, water, and food particles on the whole table. There was someone sitting next to us with the staff looking like they were applying for a position here. So the shift leader visually saw how horrid the table was and they never bothered ensuring their staff are wiping down the 1 of 4 tables after the previous guests.
Oh yea, so I trusted good service and left a tip when I ordered online. Well, they got their tip and I got a bad experience. I rather take the extra time and effort to go to another location.
