When entering the building, an employee was looking for other employees to take my order. When those employees were found, they all smelled like weed. Everybody looked high. Nobody was wearing hair nets. Nobody was wearing gloves. I was genuinely concerned that my food could have some type of substance in it. We waited at least 40 minutes for two combo meals.

It took over 40 min for my carry out to be ready. When it was it was cold. Brought it home and it was dry as a bone literally barely any meat on it. The flavor of the garlic parm was awful it was just grease and a bit of parm sprinkled on. The sauce wasn’t hot at all and barely any on them. I’m sad.

Last time I went I ordered combo meal with a large fry, when I went to pick it up the employees were in the back shaking up chicken in the mixing bowls while eating, smelt like marijuana in there and they gave me a small fry. Wouldn’t have left a bad review if it weren’t for the small fry, should’ve given me the right size fry will never be back to any wingstop again will just go to popeyes

Honestly, it’s my fault for order here AGAIN. This is the 4th time I’ve ordered from here and they’ve not sent all of my order. It’ll be the last time too. Lesson learned that sending the entire order is just not within the capability of this particular location. It’s a complete and utter waste of time cause then it’s calling and reporting the missing order and having to get replacement and yada yada. I rather pay twice as much for wings elsewhere and actually get the entirety of my order the first time. It’s one thing if it’s once or twice because we’re all human and that happens, but 4x? Nahhh, it’ll be the last time.

Ordered at the new place in Bristol Va and got our food home. The garlic parmesan wings were plane wings with a dusting of parmesan cheese.Of the other 2 flavors we got, they were the exact same. No difference whatsoever. This cost us $45.00, my first and last trip. So disappointed.

Walked into the establishment. They have an offer for some wings and fingers like oh I’m sorry it’s not available. I was like what’s right here. I ain’t supposed to right here and I was like is there anyway I can speak to your leadership? He goes back to the back young lady’s on her personal cell phone. I know it’s personal cuz it’s got a blue case on it. He and her exchange words? Or what have you? They both laugh and he comes back and says she apologizes. There’s nothing we can do. That is what you call. Amazing leadership! You guys deserve the star award for sure. So disappointing these days to go someplace and have a meal and the people that work there really don’t care about their jobs. Worst experience I’ve had in the Tri-Cities in a long time Wingstop for the sake of your brand, please do better

Been here many times over the past year or so and it’s always the same… they almost always mess something up and there’s only ever one guy that’s super friendly. Everyone else is pretty cold. No you’re welcome when you say thank you. No apology for screwing up the order. The work ethic everywhere has plummeted and this place is no different.
