I visited this establishment three times within a span of seven days. The first visit was wonderful, but the last two experiences were extremely disappointing. I ordered multiple wing varieties, and all of them were very dry, with little to no sauce, even though they were specifically ordered with sauce. We contacted the restaurant for a remake, but the replacement wings still lacked adequate sauce. This was a drastic difference from the quality we received on our first visit, and unfortunately, even the remake was nearly just as disappointing.
Twice, the wings both boneless and bone-in, were rubbery, dry, and too crunchy.
After this disappointing situation, I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere and suggest others do as well.

The service was very good, the employees were very helpful. The wait time was about the same as at other Wingstops. The food was good too. I was hesitant to go here because of a review that was left, but I won’t hesitate to go back. Great location!

They do not want you to eat here. Open 1 month. 3 of 5 tables wobble due to errors in assembly. Hard workers, swamped with takeout. Stressed. Manager? Boneless wings smaller than nuggets. Sauces out of corporate bottles. Support real local options.

The food is pretty good, but they’ve messed up my order several times. The most recent time I called in to see if I could get a replacement and the woman told me she knew I was lying and that they’ve never taken any orders like that, and that she wouldnt take my reciept. The food isn’t worth the hastle with the hostile management. I recommend avoiding this spot.

I’m about halfway between this Wingstop and the one in Johnson City so I figured I might as well see if this one was better and it was in everyway.
The staff is more friendly the wings weren’t soggy and the fries were fresh.

Do not use the online ordering system! They didnt have half of my order and canceled it without telling me. I drove to the store and was met with an unprofessional and rude manager that clearly did not care. The whole staff was giggling and gossiping in the front. This store just opened so I understand having a limited menu but the way I was treated was uncalled for.

Put in a 75pc wing order for a Christmas party yesterday. Called and spoke with the manager to ask him if he would make sure the order was right before I picked it up. He was very professional on the phone and assured me that he would be the one to bag the order. After returning home everything was exact and delicious. This location seems to be leaps and bounds better than the JC location.

I almost didn’t come here because I saw the rating and reviews but I’m glad I did this place was off the chain. The ladies up front were friendly. I had the Cajun Wings the flavor was good they were plump and juicy in good sized. The cheese fries were just okay. I understand what people are saying about them not being Saucy enough maybe for their taste. If you do want more of a saucy wing all you have to do is order an extra side of sauce I think it’s only like a $1.50 personally I think they had enough sauce on them for my liking. My only real gripe about this place is the seating is very limited so if you’re planning on dining in this may not be the spot for you. Other than that I had a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.
