The people are nice but the service is slow, prepare for a 40 minute wait after ordering. The food is tash, dry and soaked in grease. And fries shouldn’t be sweet especially buffalo ones.

I am utterly disappointed by this visit. Usually the food I get is exceptional, however it has been a few months since my last visit. I ordered a five piece tender combo with fries and a drink. When I went to get my bag of food, I noticed the employees had it set on the rack sideways. When I open the bag, the fries have spilled everywhere. The ranch cup was filled barely halfway. My fries were soggy, limp, and had no seasoning. Usually when I get the fries, they are really good and the seasoning is top tier. When I open my tender box, the presentation was really sloppy, likely due to the fact that the bag was sitting on the rack sideways. One of the tenders at first looked like it had a bite off of it, and I was puzzled. It turned out it was ripped in half for some reason, but they gave it to me like that anyways. I had another one of my tenders the size of a chicken nugget. I have literally seen nuggets larger than that one tender (image below). The best part about this meal was my ranch (which there was not a lot of), and my drink, but the drink machine was completely out of over half the flavors. I am more than willing to spend 15 dollars on a wingstop order for myself because the food quality is usually completely worth the price. But I must say, this visit was a complete waste of 15 bucks that I could have used elsewhere. I work at food service, in the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food as possible. If something is bad, I will ensure the customer does not have it. There should be no reason why basic standards like these were not applied at this store today. I will not come to this location for a long time.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and every time it is absolutely regrettable. I pay extra for cheese fries and get maybe a half a squirt of cheese. Also ordered them extra crispy and yet they were soggy. I also ordered a cheese sauce side to go with the new street corn wings and there was literally just a layer of cheese on the cup nothing more. They have left items out in previous orders or given us the completely wrong order and then proceeded to hang up on me as I was discussing it with them on the phone. This is the last time this location will ever get any business from me. Also considering stopping eating Wingstop all together because the customer service for complaints is terrible as well. When they first opened it was super good but it has gone downhill extremely fast and every time I give them another chance it’s even worse somehow!!!

As for the food, no complaints. We both had wings, mine lemon pepper and his mild, and they were fresh. The fries were fresh as well. Now, the customer service? That’s another story.
The cashier who took our order acted like we were bothering her and taking up her time. We noticed that persons who came in after us were getting their order before us.
Long story short, we might try this place again because our food was hot and fresh, but it definitely wouldn’t be because of the service.

Was at the brainerd wingstop at 10:25, waiting for them to open so my daughter could eat after her drs appt and before school. A worker got out of his car and walked to open the store and all you can smell was weed. It was strong and awful and filled my car up with that nasty smell.

First of all whomever Kameron is he needs to retrained in the phone etiquette and customer department because the skills he has is pure trash. My order was incorrect and how do you give someone someone else order and then have the nerve to get smart with me. On top of that you claim that you don’t give military discounts when I frequently visit and get a military discount. Everyone at this location needs to retrained over because this location will go down hill very soon.

Went to Wingstop today because of all of the raves about how good their food is worst $20 I ever spent I can’t even get the greasy awful taste of that food out of my mouth. I’ve brushed my teeth I’ve floss and the nastiness will not go away I want to call and get my money back And age $20 worth of every kind of chicken wing. They had all the boneless chicken, lemon pepper, honey some kind of hot. I don’t know it was fried in Greece and then a bunch of sauce just thrown on top fries were cold. The only thing that was good was the seasoning that was on the french fries and I live three minutes or less from the new Wingstop in Hixson .

The lady that was fixing to go orders was very rude not helpful. Did not want to take my order. Acted like I was a bother. I was interrupting her getting catchup in a bag and the other four I’m sure she told them to shut up and stay because they were just standing there staring and wondering why she wasn’t helping as well and I’m sure she’s the one on the cash register. If you have all these employees standing around, why isn’t someone allowed to check people out or help people in the front very bad management
