I’ve never left a legit review. But this one is well deserved. I seen the terrible ones here and was hesitant to eat at this location. Ordered online and it was done in 10 minutes. Food was amazing. Hot crispy wings seasoned wonderfully and fries. Ranch was cold. Corn was perfect as ever. The girl with the bandana on was cooking and she needs a raise because she’s probably saved this place.

I ordered the 40 piece group pack for the Super Bowl and was pretty disappointed. The skin on the wings wasn’t crispy at all (even though they supposedly had been made fresh) and the meat was rather bland. To top things off, they forgot to include the large fries that come with the group pack. I didn’t realize until I got home and it wasn’t worth going back for them. For nearly $60.00, it was not worth it. Stick with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Did a mobile order for just fries with extra seasoning. I watched the guy preparing the food in the back PICK HIS NOSE and then toss the fries and grab them to put them in the little paper container and then in the bag WITH NO GLOVES AT ANY POINT!!!!!!! When it was my turn at the counter, the girl at the counter was digging in her nose as well when she asked how she could help me! Per the “manager” the VP of WINGSTOP doesn’t require them to wear gloves????????? I asked for a refund and she said she’d “have to figure out how to do that”

My mom has tried to call this Wing stop all day long and some guy keeps answering saying please hold then leave her on hold forlime 15 mins until she got fed up and hung up each time.. so ignorant and unprofessional..my so already orders door dash from them cause he loves chicken and likes the one in Chattanooga..but since he uses the one here..his food is always messed up..never gets what he orders. And they always leave sauces out. Bunch of children working there.

This restaurant is bad messed up my whole order checked my food when I got home the whole order was wrong. I called them letting them know I wanted a refund of my food instead of them
Remaking it because me and my girlfriend sat there for an hour. They said if I come back they would issue me a full refund I left the food at the house because they said nothing about bringing the food back I took pictures just incase when I went back they wouldn’t give me a refund unless I brung all the food back and they didn’t specify over the phone that I would have to bring my food back I would think they would say something about bringing the food back before I went all the way back down there especially since they shorted me food and the whole order is wrong. Now I’ve already spent a quarter of a tank of gas to go there and back 4 times. I normally don’t do reviews on places nor do I really care to but the management is very much at fault the employees just have their hands tied the management is to blame. This place is not getting my business again nor should you order here not worth the wait,money or food. I will post what I got in the pictures below with food i received vs what I ordered highly disappointed.

Isn’t garlic parm wings supposed to have GARLIC??? Idk about y’all but I ordered 1 10 piece bone in and 1 10piece boneless, it looked horrible smelled absolutely disgusting I paid $30 for food I couldn’t even eat!!! I thought putting it with the ranch would help, it still tasted awful…. I want my money back

They don’t care anything about getting your order done within 15 mins minutes of promise time. We really like the food. The people here don’t care about customer service. They mess up all of the time and very seldom do they get it right. It’s obvious because I have followed the reviews since they opened and they are awful, and they’ve never responded to any negative reviews. That is terrible management. It’s not getting better.
Edit: New GM has saved this place. Food is awesome. They care about getting it right and treating you right.

Wow if wingstop corporate can read this yall really should send someone to check on this location this is not at all how a business should be ran …yall are losing major money. Need to clean house and start over in your employees these are not the people that should be working with the public in any entity. They turn customers away just because they don’t want to run the cash register and the long list goes on of what else is wrong there. I don’t expect something ran like that to last long.
