I just got my order delivered through Ubereats. And I ordered one ranch with my meal and I ordered an extra ranch. I did not receive any ranches at all. This makes me mad that whoever is working does not look at the receipt to make sure that everything is in the bag. I did dispute my order with Ubereats, and they’re crediting me. The staff need to check orders before they leave the restaurant.

They have listed hours that say they close at midnight. However, they REFUSE to prepare orders after 11:45. They accept the orders (online and third party) but refuse to make the orders. Drove to the store to pick up my order. Walked in at 11:59pm. They had the order but did not make it. I received no notification that they weren’t going to make the order. This is HORRIBLE customer service.

Ordered Wingstop from here got it through DoorDash food was unopened, but found a hair in my ranch. No way it could’ve came from the DoorDash, the dasher person from the picture she took of my food she got photo self also her hair was black, and my hair is also black and straight. It was a curly blonde, maybe grey hair I called the store to let them know and they did not care whatsoever. I was very polite. I know how it is to work in the food industry and I get mistakes happen like this but how they responded. It is not OK.

Not one of them Have gloves on and going from touching screens and eating food to touching ur food . Just kinda gross I don’t need 5 different people touching my food without gloves on . They were definitely busy though , food still good .

Ordered online pick up the food was delicious and everything that we ordered we got even down to our sauces. The only thing is they were super busy so our order was supposed to be ready at 3:45 but we got it at 4. As we were in the store watching them get orders together there was one young lady that really stood out. She had black hair and a ponytail. I think she speak Spanish. She was really working that customer service. Kudos to her for sure. We were there Saturday between 330 and 4 o’clock. The lady was working then.. Again, great job to her! Thank you for a great food. And kudos for making sure we got everything we ordered.

Front cashier on June 7 2025 around 8:50 pm I place a Togo order and it took over an hour to get my food due to unorganized workers I got my food after 12 people have entered and left and the man working was rude when asking about my order. Food is good but wingstop need to hire people with better customer service.

Do not eat here. Before ordering read this review and others, especially the delivery ones. The staff were playing music, dancing, and talking so loudly that we could barely speak to the person at the counter. We get home and our order was missing wings and what we did get had hair in the food. The wings themselves are very skimpy compared to other wing places and weren’t worth the crazy prices.
Flavors are good though.
