Placed 4 orders of 20 wings each for our family, my husband picked them up, while serving I noticed I was missing 15 wings basically almost a whole order. I called and verified it was the right place first, then I told the woman that i was missing 15 wings out of our order she said “well didn’t you check?” I said I didn’t even noticed until I was serving them and had given my kids their plates. She said “well you need to bring the whole food back” I said ma’am my kids are already eating.
“Well idk what you want me to do, bring all the food” *abruptly puts me on hold* comes back, are you able to come?? I said ya’ll are 25 min each way away from me are you gonna also be paying for my gas?? “She said I’m not doing nothing” and hung up on me. I called back she answered and I said “I’m sorry who am I speaking with?” She replied with, are you the lady that called about the missing wings? I said yes and I need your name and a manager. Someone comes to the phone tells me that the other person is the manager. She said she could remake my order, I said no after she actually told me that the said “manager” was saying I cussed at her which I said I didn’t but I could if she wants me to because at the end of
The day they had my food and at this point since she wants to lie I don’t trust anything coming out of them if she’s gonna be making stuff up. Anyway apparently always count each wing, their customer service suck and the “manager”likes to make up stuff.

On DEC 31st 2025, I ordered food from this location and was served chicken that was visibly undercooked. The chicken showed clear pink/red coloring near the bone, which raised immediate concerns about food safety. I have attached photos of the food as evidence.

After bringing this issue to attention, I received a public response from the General Manager that was hostile, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the food safety concern appropriately, the GM minimized the issue and suggested that I stop ordering from the restaurant. I have also attached a screenshot of this response for documentation.

Undercooked poultry presents a serious health risk, and the manner in which this concern was handled is unacceptable and does not align with professional customer service standards or food safety protocols. -Overall unprofessional from the shift lead, to the GM, to the DM!
They also stated that they always are correcting and remaking my orders which are false because all of my orders made in 2025 were door dashed or direct from Wingstop online which is delivered by door dash. You cannot remake food and send it to me without the customer complaining to door dash so they lied when they said that. I also was a previous employee in the year 2024 so I am sure that’s why they handled this situation as such. The GM now was once my coworker as shift leader. I am sure if this was someone else it 100% wouldn’t have went this way. Here are all photos. Even if my food was bad prior to this I never reported it I would just bite the bullet and trash it. But RAW is where I have to draw the line.

I decided to give Wingstop one more try and they didn’t disappoint this time. My food was hot, fresh, and tasted good. Drinks were carbonated too. The night staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and organized. Continue the excellent work!
This is a follow-up, so I’ve been going here on a regular basis and I can say this is officially one of my favorite wing spots. Staff are still performing above and beyond! Happy holidays!

Today was opening day for Wingstop in Phenix City! They did not disappoint. I order through the app. My food was hot and ready when I got there. Staff is kind and welcoming. Pictures are of the voodoo fries, Louisiana rub wings, and Hawaiian wings.

My boneless wings were okay just cooked too hard so I couldn’t enjoy them but what really brings me to the review section is from the fries I had to throw a whole fry out because they put a pound of seasoning on the fries like when you take a bite your instantly choking on sugar season next time I ever eat here I will request no seasoning because that was a heart attack waiting to happen if you have diabetes you would be stroked out of how much seasoning they put on there fries someone definitely had a heavy hand yesterday 4-8-25 do not let them on the fry station anymore cause they are signing people up for death row …

The food here is always good, which is why I kept coming back. The young lady at the register was very nice and helpful during my visit, and I appreciated her attitude. However, I had an issue with an online order that showed as failed, even though my card was charged. When I asked about it, the two ladies in the back were incredibly rude and dismissive. One walked away mid-conversation and began talking to the other about the situation, loud enough for me to hear, but no one actually addressed me directly or explained what was going on. I was left standing at the counter with no resolution or acknowledgment, which was very frustrating. The customer service experience from the back staff definitely needs improvement. Today will be my last day ordering from this location.

Tried to call and make an order over the phone, which I do ALL THE TIME and the manager told whoever that answered the phone that orders gotta be $25 plus. I thought it was because they would be busy because again I always order even if it’s under $25. Looked inside no one was in there besides the employees. Very disappointed because I’m always spending my money there!!

Went to this location and as I’m waiting on my food (average wait time) I watch as the girl working in the back with no gloves and no hair net is leaned up on a food prep table scratching her cheap braids over the food. Then proceeds to make fries with said unwashed dirty hand. I got my food and went home to realize half of my order was missing. Call back and make the second trip to make it back home again and realize the food I just picked up is ice cold because they didn’t want to use boneless wings like I ordered and just used over cooked tenders that were gonna get thrown out. When I make the second phone call I’m asked to return to the store once again which I declined because there is no reason the gas should cost more than my food. Would not recommend this poorly ran location. Management needs to step up.

Even though the girl at the front counter got confused on our order she was the one doing most of the work. The others doing the cooking and prep were really slow (we waited for 25 min for our order and it wasn’t that busy), were dressed very unprofessional and cussing in front of costumers. Other than that food was good.
