This place should be shut down. Everything was wrong: the Coca Cola fountain had Diet Coke connected to it. I wasn’t aware until I got half way home and my drink tasted disgusting. The chicken was half cooked and the seasoning was missing. Imagine chewing on soggy deep fryer cardboard dipped in slime. I had drove too far to turn back. I just lost $15. Now I still got to go buy lunch.

I guess I have gotten lucky the last 2 times I’ve visited this location. I notice both times the manager with the black head wrap was working. My food was fresh and well sauced on both occasions and the customer service was also great. I always say wingstop isn’t good outside of Florida but what ever changes yall have made since the first few months of opening have made this location one of my favorites. I visited this location when it first opened and it was terrible in every way. Maybe it just depends on the shift and who is working. I will call ahead to see who is working going forward to make sure the manager with the head wrap is on shift.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this location and my experience. My first time coming ( 2 weeks ago) I went at night they stated they were out of drinks and I could get a drink on my next visit or a extra ranch. I settled for a extra ranch. My most recent visit. I had to wait over 30 minutes for 4 tenders..( or what I thought). Being that I waited so long I would expect my food to be hot when I get home( 5 minutes literally). My tenders were barely warm and to my surprise I received 3 tenders and 2 boneless wings( picture attached). I will not recommend this location at all.

Worst wing stop Ive ever been to. Paid online, didn’t have the sauce requested (but was available online for selection) and didn’t have any fountain drinks (which I paid for online). Worker refused to cancel order and offered no help. 100% will not be back to this location.

Very poor service… ordered ahead only to get old wings and corn… service was poor staff is very unprofessional and some of the managers… they told me I could get a replacement order and when I tried to get it they kept saying someone took the paper with my name down on it so they couldn’t Remake it. Yet telling me what order I had and that they know I hadn’t picked it up yet.. they were very rude and inconsiderate.

Unfortunately, due to the events that transpired yesterday, I am also unlikely to visit any other Wingstop in the future. The service I received was decidedly unprofessional. The staff members I interacted with were rude and displayed behavior that was unbecoming. Furthermore, I witnessed a disturbing incident involving a manager and a young employee, which suggested a lack of common sense and leadership skills. I’ve ordered from here twice and haven’t gotten sauce a single time. I sincerely hope whoever is running this location looks into a career that’s less demanding mentally than food service if they don’t have the cognitive capacity to train their team on how to give sauce to customers ordering wings.

My order was just messed up. Ordered 20 wings may 22 5pm .. only 8 of my wings were right .. the rest was just plain . I could’ve went across street for plain wings at touchdown wings for cheaper wings . I choose Wingstop for quality … check your order before leaving !! Would’ve got refund but live far away 🙁
