First time eating there and the experience was okay. Nothing I’m going wild about. The wings were too small, not worth for the price in double digits $$ that you’re paying for. The fries were bland. It was without salt, but once I ate them, it did needed some seasoning, but do get a lot of them, which I was happy on that point.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The place was in poor condition—the floors were sticky, and there seemed to be a serious lack of employees. To make matters worse, a manager was conducting interviews right in the lobby and ordering area. The wait times were unacceptable; we waited over 35 minutes for our wings, while the customers ahead of us had been waiting even longer, at least 45 minutes. The wings were undercooked and had no flavor. I would skip the restaurant.

We put in an order 2 days prior online for 200 wings (2 100pk classic packs) for an event at 1:30, for pick up at 1pm. Walked into the location at noon to insure they had the order and it would be ready on time. They assured us at 12pm it would be ready at 1 and confirmed they had it after we gave our order number.
We arrive at 12:50pm which they could not find our order and had not started it at this point… While the staff was apologetic and mentioning they are having issues with their “future orders” online- it’s ridiculous we popped in to make sure it was square and Wingstop received it (we are from out of state) and then we get there and they literally can’t find the order and it took 10-20 minutes of confusion and copying the order from our phone to finally start it. We are now going to be late for our event- received our hot fries and cold ranch at 1:17- the first batch of wings at 1:22 and the second batch of wings at 1:28. We are now leaving your location at the time we should be serving the food. They also loudly exclaimed if they knew about it they’d have it ready ahead of time when we had already popped in even though we came in an hour before it was due and they confirmed they had it (we put the order in online 2 days prior as well)- they also stated they had a similar issue the day prior with online ordering with someone else.
yeah to say we’re never ever coming back to this location for another order is an understatement…. considering we spent over $260.00 for THIS- we will likely be contacting corporate. We didn’t have time to double check our order so hopefully it’s all there and not undercooked due to the rush.

The lady taking orders was very polite and was working very hard to get orders out and the man in the back was working hard to cook food and bring it out to people. The place is very small which is not a complaint; but there was no trash cans for the public to throw food away so what tables they did have either had left over trash or bag full of trash on them. To get an extra cup of ranch was $2.18 idk who came up with that price.

This place is usually great but tonight 11/15/25, $45 later I’m extremely disappointed and decided I won’t come back here. They got the order wrong almost all the way around and didn’t give me 2 items I paid for. The food itself was bad. Sauce was very thin and half the wings of more had no sauce. I did a DoorDash pickup. Picked it up myself. Got home and I can’t believe what I’m looking at. I got my money back thru door dash tho so we good.

I was in there last week , the cute Mexican girl was very polite, the girl with the glasses was very loud and very rude and the shift manager with the nails and loud girl were making fun of the girl on the front and I haven’t seen her there since , this is not the first time I have heard them two cussing and making fun of people I will not be back and will make sure I tell people how this place is when they get rid of these two rude cussing employees I may consider coming back , but definitely not until loud one and manager with the fake eyelashes and are gone for good

Ordered 75 wings takeout, drove 20 minutes back home to discover we only had 50 wings. Manager was very nice and offered solutions. But still not a great first impression. Makes one leery about trusting accuracy for future orders. No hard feelings. Just honest takeaways.

Placed an order at 1030 for 1100 pickup. Showed up at 1115 to ensure they had enough time to complete the order. Walked in and the lady said “1 min” and just started my order of 60 wings and a large fry. It would be one thing if the place was paved but there was not a single customer in the store. One person in the store work… so probably not completely this persons fault ,but this is so unacceptable for customer service from wingstop.

This place will find whatever way possible to mess up your online order. Just tonight we had 20 boneless wings, 10 with the wrong sauce, celery (did not receive, gave carrots instead), three cups of ranch, (we ordered a large) and got the corn as ordered. It’s not the first time this has happened and it’s so irritating to have the employees be so careless and not paying enough attention to read a simple receipt. We will not be returning.
