We ordered on line last night for dinner on Sunday 1/11/25. It said that it would 15-25 minutes. When I got there the restaurant was packed! I knew it would be longer which it ended up being much longer. I was fine I will say there were only 3 employees working and they were doing the absolute best and wonderful job. Very kind even when some customers were not kind to them at all. Our food was correct and very good. I just wanted you to know the 3 people working were doing their very best!

Went in the first time to pickup my friend workers we very rude told another worker to lock the door behind me. Went to go get food to try and give them a second chance ordered it online showed up they didn’t even make it mind you I already paid and they told me it would be 2 to 3 days before I got my refund I will never go back to Wingstop again.

Placed an order online with a 28 minute wait. Placed that order at 7:30, it is 8:24 and I am still waiting on my food that I ordered online almost an hour ago. Got here at 8:03 and still waiting. If you want fast service, especially for a pickup order, I would not use this location.

I ordered my food online for the location on Winchester road their service is outstanding. Their kitchen is clean and in order the food came out very fast and fresh. It was still smoking when I got home with it. The Cajun wings are my favorite, but I found a new favorite side item tonight with the corn. It was grilled and very tasty. I will be getting this instead of fries from now on.

I ordered online, but arrived a few minutes before my anticipated time it was packed and I found a seat.
I only waited six more minutes than my anticipated time, but it’s newly opened, staff was helping customers, cooking, and answering phone orders. My time is estimated time not exact so I extended grace and for all that was going on the they did great!
When I got back home everything was fresh just wished my fries were fried a bit longer (personal preference).

This new location has done a great job handling the large crowds during this opening period. Keeping a helpful friendly attitude through what I am sure has been stressful! The food has been awesome! Jermaine who came to help from the Athens location was especially helpful and super friendly! Excited to have this location close by!
