We went at 1pm on a Thursday, wasnt busy at all. Ordered and got our food right away. We dined inside. Breia took great care of us and all the people working. Friendly and fast. Food was hot and really good! I think we were in and out in 20 minutes.

I visited Wingstop on the evening of January 13th at around 7:13 PM. The staff member who assisted me was a middle-aged African American woman with curly crocheted/ braided dark brown hair pulled back into a Boofy ponytail with a hat. When I asked about ranch, she responded, “Oh, I don’t know, sweetheart, I just got here,” and then proceeded to give me a lengthy and extremely snarky explanation about how to get ranch for free by leaving a Google review. Otherwise, it would cost $1.73. I listened to a spiel for three minutes to be told it’s $1.73.
This whole interaction felt unnecessarily complicated and very sarcastic, leaving me a bit frustrated, it’s no reason to be nasty over a ranch the cost wasn’t an issue the nastiness was. I hope future visits are more straightforward and pleasant. People spend way too much money these days in these establishments to be treated so poorly for no reason a simple ranch doesn’t come with the wings would have sufficed.

Charisma and Anesha and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are very friendly and accommodating. They got my food out quickly and fresh! We LOVE this location and always come here even though it’s farther from our house than the University location.

But Charisma absolutely changed that for me. She treated everyone, including the staff with consideration and great service. Went on a busy Saturday night (of the SEC Championship). With multiple doordashers and dine in/carry out orders, the staff performed exceptionally and got the food out SO fast. Everyone was very polite and gave us an estimate of a 45 minute wait, but got it out in under 20!! Special shoutout to Tiffany, the cashier, who was super kind and diligent to help out customers. Overall, a 10/10 experience at the Wingstop in Madison on Hughes Road!!!
