Unfortunate to see all the negative reviews. As a long time Wingstop lover, I had to have some in preparation for a UFC event viewing. Went in, ordered 30 wings combo, and had my food within 15 minutes. Drove home (15 minute drive) and all food was very hot and fresh. My wings that I requested to be hot with lemon pepper on top were exactly as I asked. Everything was spot on. Great experience for me.
If it matters, my experience was on a Saturday around 4pm.

Have been there once to pick up and just had some delivered. The one time I went to pick up around 10PM, I had a terrible experience. I showed up on time to pick up food on my lunch break, there was several people waiting for their food so I waited at the pick up counter. The cashier got to me 5 minutes later and I told her my name. She told me okay and then went back to the kitchen. I waited another 10 minutes and one of the kitchen staff told me that they had an issue with their frier. I understood and waited another 20 minutes (4 other people served during this time). The whole time the staff is joking and dancing around, which I don’t mind but was a little awkward. After 40 minutes, the cashier asked me what my name was again, I told her and she checked the pick up area, and my food had been there the whole time…. No apologies or anything. I was so pissed that I just left with my food and wasted my whole lunch break. The wings were actually very good.
After that experience, I wasn’t ever picking up there again. I just placed an DoorDash order and that got here faster than my first experience. I did order again around 10PM so I expected the quality might be bad but wow, the fries weren’t fried at all. They feel like microwaved fries with cheese on them, and they accidentally gave me two of them. Food for the birds I guess. I got more of lemon pepper wings and they are okay but barely any sauce this time. I imagine that earlier in the day, the quality is better but do not go there late at night.

I have done online ordering at this restaurant 3 times since 2026, and ive never had an issue. I order it, drive 15 minutes and its always HOT AND READY. Idk why there are so many negative reviews but I love the lemon pepper wings, and my wife’s new pregnant addiction is the the chicken strips lol. Don’t listen to the haters these wings are great!!! and the ranch is bomb too.

My honest review not the first time I’ve been to a Wingstop. I’m not from Alabama, I relocated from California by far this is the worst place I’ve had wings from $53 for paper bags full of grease the wings were cold AND HORRIBLE the fried corn had no flavor and the fries OMG SOGGY COLD AND WITH LOTS OF OIL MY KIDS DIDENT EAT ANYTHING NOT A DAMM THING.!!! TO THE MANAGEMENT I WOULD LIKE A REFUND THIS IS RIDICULOUS YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN AND CARE ABOUT THE FOOD THEY COOK NOT TEENAGERS THAT GOOF AROUND MOST THE TIME. They have the smallest wings I have ever seen and can anyone explain why ten wings by them selves cost more than a combo? The employee displayed good customer service even though he couldn’t explain the cost difference. Overall this restaurant is the biggest joke in Athens!

I order here while I’m at work because I get it delivered. On multiple occasions all of my sauces (that I pay extra for) are left out of my bag. Today my order lacked 2 ranches and a side of hot sauce. How am I supposed to eat all of my food with no ranch.. that’s insane. Then when I call to complain, never any answers. I’m done eating here
