I had an excellent experience at Wingstop. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served hot, with great flavor and quality.
I would especially like to commend Garett, the manager, for his professionalism and leadership. His positive presence was reflected in the courteous and efficient service provided by the staff. Our order was handled promptly, and everything was accurate.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. Overall, this location delivered strong food quality, attentive service, and a pleasant dining environment. I would gladly recommend it and will return in the future.

So I actually had a really bad experience, and I did not want it to affect the gentleman that I met the other day, I guess he’s the manager, but anyways, he was very polite when I went a week. Ago, and then today when I went, it was a nightmare. The white girl would all of the tattoos took my order and was super rude.The rest of the people were nice, but she was very rude.The food was good could have been better.I think when the guy that runs, it is not there, they just don’t really do what they should.But when he’s there it’s incredible!! StopLetting the white girl with all the tattoos take orders.She’s hateful sarcastic, and one day she’s gonna meet the RIGHT ONE!! I had gotten my nails done was waiting on my hair appointment to start.So I wasn’t about to let her ruin my day, but had it been a bad day.She would have had a really bad day. Pick better people to be the face of your restaurant cause.Honey, this one . One day is gonna catch some hands

ROACH IN THE FRIES!! Ordered 60 wings, 2 voodoo fries and regular which is over a $100 worth of food and they messed up the order twice. The first time the order that was delivered all we received was chicken sandwich combo meal and nothing else. The second time when they delivered the order not only was one of the 20 piece orders MISSING 8 wings leaving only 4 of each flavor but then one of the voodoo fries had no sauce or seasoning on it like it was supposed to (IT DID HAVE A FRIED ROACH THOUGH) and they still left out the regular fry. They were 30+ minutes late every time with delivery and we wasted over 3 hours waiting for food just for it to consistently be wrong. PLUS THERE WAS A ROACH IN THE FRIES!!

The hot honey rub tenders hit every time !! This place is one of the best places in decatur alabama hands down. The employees there have always been kind and I’ve even seen the managers go above and beyond to make a mistake correct but some people are just entitled and relentless and want this store to fail. They have an amazing health score. And they are always playing the jams in store when it comes to music. Thank you to the team members and workers at this location.

Called in my order and was told it will be ready in 15 minutes, I got up there the place was so scrambled no one knew about my order even though it pulled up on the screen. I had to wait another 20 minutes inside, when I got my order and got home which is less than 5 minutes, my fries were cold and so greasy. The wings were drenched in grease as well. Pretty sure I won’t be back.

This was our first time stopping at a Wingstop ever and we enjoyed it. The guy (wish I would have gotten his name) at the counter was fantastic. So nice and checked on us at least 2 possibly 3 times. The ranch was very tasty. The food was good and we will be back to try a few more flavors.

Every Wingstop I’ve tried in 4 different states has been great. This one is awful! Service with a terrible attitude (I’m sorry I’m trying to patron your store) and so much oil in our dry rub the wings literally taste plain! Don’t believe? Picture for proof 1/3 cup of oil and that’s not counting what poured into the bag.

Fries looked burnt but were okay. THE WINGSSSS, disappointed.I was really excited because then I wouldn’t have to drive to another city just for some wingstop.They were NOT COOKED, i didn’t get one but TWO uncooked wings.I pray this does not happen to anyone else….. amen
