The quality of their food was amazing. Honestly I haven’t been to a wingstop before and now after stopping here, I’m glad to have tried it.
Service was awesome. People was friendly and informative.
The food was cooked perfectlyand even with the sauce on it, the chicken stayed crunchy. Absolutely perfect. Thanks for experience and great food.

A wing place? I’m down for it, they got boneless wings which are my personal favorite at a wing place, I had gotten a 20 piece for $16.99 which isn’t a bad deal to be honest. 15 Minutes later I got my food so that’s probably what people were so mad about, it was the waiting times, at least for me I want the food to be hot and fresh, so I don’t mind them taking their time. I had the clever idea of trying their hottest sauce, Atomic and boy let me tell you I am a spicy type of guy but this sauce definitely burned my mouth quite a bit. I’d recommend this place for any wing/spicy lovers.

Don’t know where this place been my whole life. We need one in Alabaster. The wings were great, the fries were amazing, and the ranch was drinkable. I went at 8:20pm tonight and the young lady taking my order was polite and didn’t seem bothered by the multiple questions I asked her. Will definitely be back because I was supposed to go for the chicken sandwich but got wings.

I know it was Christmas Eve but my wings had a horrible aftertaste like a soapy aftertaste. Not sure how to really explain it . But when I called the manager on duty said it wasn’t anything he could do about it . Good to say I will never spend my money here anymore .

Chicken was cooked in burnt grease, Literally the worst chicken I’ve ever eaten. Not one to usually complain about food or even leave bad reviews but damn ♂️ and the “manager” of this store is just as sorry as the wings.

We went there as a part of my daughter’s wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This is where she wanted to go eat. No one would answer the phone to set up the wish lunch there, and when the Foundation finally spoke with someone, they hung up. Out of all the places she wanted to eat at a part of her wish, she picked here, and no one even acknowledged it! The food was good but the atmosphere took away from the day. Disappointing!

Chicken wings old and dry. NEVER AGAIN. I normally do not use Uber food delivery but because I am taking care of my 88 year old Mother, I could not leave the Rehabilitation center. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. I PAID $22 for celery and carrots, the only items eatable.

The food was out in a timely manner but they bagged it with no gloves on. The bagger stuck her fingers inside of the fry container to pick it up and bag it up. Hands washed or not, the bags, boxes, and fry containers are cause for cross contamination. Meaning there is no reason she shouldn’t be wearing gloves.

With all the reviews I almost didn’t go here but I’m glad we went ahead. I had no issues and an overall great experience for takeout wings. Food was done on time, order was accurate, they didn’t skimp on sauce/seasoning, everything was extremely hot (fresh), and the staff were nice. I plan to go back.
