Ordered online at 5pm for food to be ready at 5:45 arrived and food was not ready. At 6:11 pm asked about how much longer and she said she did not have an order for me. I explained well I have a receipt and order number. After going back and forth was told oh I found it the printer was out of paper. We will put your order in front of everyone else so Just give us another 30 minutes to have it ready. This is unacceptable! A group of people outside door not allowed to enter by worker at door fanning himself with a drink holder. If they are that busy why are there employees standing around not working? not helping prepare food or assisting with getting orders ready quicker or making sure printer has paper for online orders? Wonder how many other people are waiting for an online order that the workers haven’t even checked on? The fries were too soggy and too spicy to eat. They need a better system in place to assist customers quicker. Employees rude and making faces like they would rather be somewhere else. Not a good experience. Hire new employees!

Had an issue with my order where I had to come back three times. I’m always on the go so I needed Wigstop for one of my cravings. Well long story short Josh (Manager) help assist me to complete my order how I originally asked. He had a good attitude, made sure It was to my liking and was very helpful with communication.

This location is extremely inconsistent. They either over-season their wings or don’t season them at all. Our most recent order was completely bare, which is unacceptable for how expensive the food is.
When we mentioned it, the shift lead didn’t apologize and blamed it on training new employees, with no accountability and an unprofessional attitude. Check your food before you pull off!

The people working here couldn’t care less about the customers. Even the management. Ask for a manager, and they’ll give you the same “don’t care” attitude as the regular employees. Just TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. 0/5 stars

Just skip right over this stop! This place was the worst wing stop we have been to. The wings were slimey. There were actual feathers on one of my wings. The fries were cold. Just gross! When my husband asked for napkins they stated they didn’t have any. Then looked at him and said “weird right?” Never again.

Good food that you expect to wait for several hours past quoted time for. Happened to us at least 5 times. No excuse when this location has been open for as long as it has. Also zero compensation for the several hour wait each time is unacceptable.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the Wingstop here in Helena, Alabama! Every time we walk in, it feels like visiting family. They don’t just serve food — they serve kindness, warmth, and genuine care.
What means the most to me is how they treat my child. Before she can even tell them our order, they already know it — and the way they go out of their way to make her feel special, like a princess, melts my heart. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days, and it’s the reason we’ll always keep coming back.

2nd visit here and again food was left out of of my order. The woman at the counter said the person fixing the order can’t read English – why would you have someone who can’t read the order preparing it? Other than that the food tasted fine.

I’m still obsessed with Wingstop Boneless Wings with Hot Honey Rub. I keep thinking I’ll get tired of them, it they won’t be prepared the same, but neither of those have happened yet.
