Y’all are playing with these reviews because this was the best Wing Stop I’ve been to. I never ordered from this store before so I was skeptical but I walked in and the gentlemen behind the counter had good vibes, very engaging, and the food was ON POINT. Classic wings were CRISPY and flavorful. The Cajun corn was perfection. And NO WAITING. Definitely 10/10.

I couldn’t believe this place has a 2.7 rating. My husband and I are visiting out of town and we ordered there last night, January 12, 2026 at 6:59 pm. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. I immediately approached the restroom,and I noticed that there was an employee exiting at the time. She had just finished cleaning the area and took time to hold the door open for me. We ordered 10 wings (5 Garlic parmesan and 5 lemon pepper) and the fried corn. There were no complaints, the chicken was hot, seasoned perfectly and the corn was exceptional. We don’t know what their services were like before because we are not from this area. However, we received excellent service on our visit, everyone seemed friendly and was working to satisfy us. Lord willing, if we are ever in the area again, we will try to stop by this location. We would definitely refer you to others, please keep up the good work!

I called and ask for my wings to be well done and extra wet and they were exactly that The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and fries they were cook to perfection. Thank you Brianna for making sure my order was correct. I’ll definitely be back. Update!!! Service and food still 10/10 11/8/2025 thank you Bri and MeMe for the awesome customer service employees like you are the reason why I patronize this business two or three times a week.

I’d give it a 3.75. Ordered online at 7:25. Got there at 7:55 to pick up and ended up waiting until 8:29 for my order; so a full hour after I placed online. However my order was correct and everything was hot and the staff kept apologizing as they said they were waiting on wings. And honestly they were very busy! As long as my order is correct, the food is hot and the service is decent at a fast casual place, that’s all I really need. If I didn’t face to wait a full hour, I’d give them 5 stars

Seeing the reviews, I should consider myself lucky I even got my food in the first place. Much like everyone else here, I made the mistake of going to this restaurant for the first, last and only time. I placed my order, sat down and waited as SEVERAL other people came up to pick up their delivery orders and leave within five minutes — if they were lucky. Some people that arrived to pick up food were waiting just about the same amount of time I was, if not more… For delivery.
As a surprise to no one, I watched as every single order placed after ours was fulfilled and they left. I watched two people get sick of waiting and walk out the restaurant before they could even place an order, which is something I should’ve done but didn’t want to be bothered with the headache of asking for a refund until I absolutely had to. Thirty minutes passed by, every second of which I watched the kid in the back take his sweet time meticulously going through every step of making wings and ignoring the front counter while nobody was at the register. I dunno what kind of restaurant this place is but if they’re all like this, I am flabbergasted to see how wing stop is still in business. Maybe Black Rock will keep buying them out…

I wish you can give 0 starts because after placing an online order arriving and letting the staff know. We waited an HOUR for our food that was sitting on the rack. Nobody checked on us to see why we haven’t received our food meanwhile the manger makes it a priority to sweep the lobby mid rush with guests near the door. We watched several people walk in and out with their orders yet nobody decided to ask or notice that we were still waiting and then the employee wants to blame the other for not giving us our food. It’s sad knowing that after just opening the location the lack of care and accountability but honestly to be expected with Wingstop. Food wasn’t even good anyway after spending $55 I want a refund. Definitely wouldn’t order again ridiculous get it together quickly.

Order placed online for pick up at 10:30 pm it is now 11:23pm and I’m still waiting for my order. I waited at the counter as Ashton took a FaceTime call in the middle of taking another customers order (watch the tapes) After I waited on her to take the order of 3 people I let her know I was picking up an order she went to the back for a second then proceeded to take yet another persons order without even letting me know if my food was ready or not. I was excited about this location but the customer service was horrible and they didn’t complete my orders within the timeframe THEY promised on my confirmation email.

We were excited to try this place out because it was close to us. They gave us boneless wings instead of bone-in wings, so they pocketed that money because we weren’t going to return and waste our time chasing our order. We asked for blue cheese and ranch, never got any blue cheese, just some weird white sauce that tasted neither like ranch nor blue cheese. And to top it all off, they gave us some disgusting soggy fries. I will not be going back to Wingstop. Horrible experience. What should’ve been an excellent customer service opportunity for them was wasted because of a worker that can’t read an order and an even more incompetent manager that can’t supervise his/her staff.

Make sure you check your food before you leave!!! I ordered online for my teenage kids since im out of town they went to pick up but when they got home they called me to tell me i didn’t ordered correctly i screenshot a copy of the receipt sent to them so they can go back. I called the store and they said they would give me missing items if i returned so i sent my son back but when he got there they told him he was lying and unfortunately i wasn’t able to get back on the phone because of work. They were extremely rude to him gave him a small fry and told him to leave!!!!! He got intimidated and took the fries and left with out the missing items.
