The food was very fresh and to to contrary to the Google reviews was the complete opposite of all the bad reviews left. I drove 20 min to get here and will be coming back. My aunt had an order get misplaced on DoorDash and they were so nice about it. I was able to come pick up A new order of my food four days later, which was so incredibly nice. When I got to the store, the guy who was working the counter was really kind and really apologetic. Truly, this was just amazing service overall even though there was a mistake that happened. I truly will be back and I’m so overjoyed with how they handled the situation.

Absolutely awful service , I ordered thru the app I paid $5 for cheese sauce and extra for corn nuggets and when It got delivered there was no corn no cheese sauce and when I called they just wanted to give me the corn next time I come in , how does that make sense I want what I ordered what I paid over $30 for . And the fry’s weren’t even covered , I’ve never seen food delivered not covered , so by the time it got to me it’s cold .

Our first stop here! We ordered the 20 boneless wings for 2 people. We picked garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, hickory smoked bbq and mild. Hands down lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan were our winners! They were so hot fresh and flavorful. We will be back.

I ordered a 20 piece bone-in 3 flavor and the 8 honey dry rub I ordered had 3 little nubs of chicken. Not whole pieces, they were scary looking! I cannot figure out how to add a picture or I would not very happy

I would suggest you count your wings before you leave the store. I thought the first time was an honest mistake but this second time I ordered a 30 piece and I got 29 and one of the wings was cut in half. If they raise the price at least they should have someone double-checking the orders.

Ordered, picked up, put bbq on the burger when asked for it on the side. Took it back and just wiped it off, overcooked. After sending it back once I’m not going to sit there and wait for them to mess it up again. Just gets bad review and I will not be going back. There is enough competition for this restaurant that I don’t have to choose poor service and go to wing stop in Palm harbor. I’ll go somewhere that doesn’t just wipe the sauce off something when I ask for it.

Today I realized how bad this restaurant really is. I deliver for several food apps and asked for a cup of water while I was there. The restaurant was completely empty with just 5 employees. The cashier said I couldn’t have water. I asked if I could buy a cup because I was extremely thirsty and she said $3.29 just for an empty cup. Disgusting and unnecessary I don’t eat there anyway and they wonder why. It gets worse the longer they are open.

This location has gone down hill since opening 2 years ago. They don’t have enough staff and always seem to be unorganized. I deliver and they are always 30 minutes behind. The restaurant is messy with dirty tables and a floor full of trash mostly napkins and straw wrappers. The staff is overwhelmed from opening till dinner. After being quoted 10 more minutes it took 30 more minutes. The 5 employees work on 1 order at a time and it’s painful to watch. The food is definitely not as good as it used to be and when you enter often you smell bleach and not yummy chicken. It’s not what it was even a year ago. Get it together you could be amazing.
2022 – I have been in the new PH location several times since they opened. I enjoyed my order every time. The lemon pepper is my favorite rub and my order is always ready for pick up on time. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating no matter what time of day or night. The restaurant itself is clean and neat with good parking. I love the specials too!!
