Finally tried wing stop. Pretty disappointing to spend $42 for greasy, flavorless wings and soggy fries. Got an order of plain and garlic parm, I have never had a tasteless plain wing. You don’t even taste the chicken, the garlic parm was dripping the oils from the garlic and greasy.

Epic Superbowl failure. The manager has no idea what he is doing. They were running 1-1.5 hours late on preorder food. They had no idea how far in the weeds they were. They had 50 people outside who couldn’t here their names and the customers had to relay the names to help get the people the food. No announcement system. No employees helping the outside guests. Amazing the folks 75 feet down the sidewalk couldn’t here the little girl announce names inside the store. They over promised and under delivered. Their computer system wasn’t even close on the pickup time. Just as well I’ll never eat there again their wings are so small they must come off Cornish hens.
Corporate should fire everyone working there and start over.

Finally decided to stop and try the wings. I just got 10 original hot bone in wings. I did a walk in order and expected to wait but service was fast and friendly. The wings were good as well. I prefer hotter wings but they hit the spot.

This is our second time ordering from this wingstop and both times it has been extremely disappointing. I asked for extra well done and they were not. I asked for wet wings and they weren’t. Asked for extra sauce and it wasn’t in the bag. The fries which I attached pictures below were a half of a order each and the Buffalo ranch fries had no ranch and barely any Buffalo sauce. The estimated wait time was inaccurate as it took far longer.

Absolutely terrible, I ordered food for my lunch and it got completely messes up and sauce was everywhere like they shook my sandwich. I asked for the manager and Mike walked up and told me they could do anything about it then just walked away. We walked to the back and he was so close to one of the female employees that it looked like he was about to kiss her that discussing. I tried getting his attention again because he just walked away from me and I looked at me then just disappeared to the back and I was IGNORED. Absolutely terrible will never be here again.

Ordered door dash 20 wings well done. 5 lemon pepper , 8 mild , 7 bbq. Not well done at all . Very disappointed . I have to throw it away I can’t eat chicken like this is makes me sick. Called store to complain lady answered said call door dash and hung up on me .

I Got EXTREMELY sick after eating here. Got some wings and fries and was so violently ill with food poisoning not even an hour later. Been here twice and the first time me and my fiance got ill and this time it was me and all my friends. Everyone I know who has eaten here has gotten sick.

I tried this place for the first time but I wasn’t impressed. I prefer the flats over the drums but I didn’t request it. My 10 piece wing’s only had 2 flats. I guess you have to pay the upcharge to get what you like. Not impressed!
