Great pit stop!!! Fresh 17 minute wings! Best French frys too I asked for them early? Pipping hot and just right salted!! But you can request no salt too! Loved their carrots and celery choose of dips and costing a on the fresh chicken wings!!! Great staff too! A win in very causal too do swim suits allowed too!!

I ordered the lemon pepper combo wings bone in. I got wings with two sprinkles of seasoning on the wings and fries. Completely tasteless. The sprite was flat and nasty. Very disappointed with the entire meal. I called the manager and she told me that I needed to request a credit with Uber. This is probably the 4th or 5th time that I have gotten tasteless wings. The last time I ordered original hot and they were not even wet. Absolutely no sauce on them at all.

I ordered from the Wingstop in Spring Hill, store #1793, tonight as I have done many times before. I ordered my normal Hawaiian chicken sandwich but into it and it was so spicy, my mouth was burning. I called them, the manager, Alexis, got on the phone and told me there was nothing they could do about it as it was 10pm and my husband picked up our order around 9pm. Because it had been “so long” Alexis told me they couldn’t remake my sandwich or give me a credit. That is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for the corporate number and she told me she didn’t have any of that information.

Never really go to wing stop because I believe that there’s better wings else where but I decided to give them another try due to hearing they are now selling chicken sandwiches in 12 different flavors . I also hardly ever go because it is a wait every time I try to order . Came in & ordered the sandwich. The cashier was doing the best she can but just for one sandwich & fries I waited 20mins When I was told 9 mins . Refilled my soda twice while I waited . I was late for my next appointment. For fast food I think there should be better with timing for their clients .Grant it…it wasn’t that busy though . There was others who were waiting before I even ordered min. Cooks got to be faster . I personally never go to wing house because I don’t like their wings or tenders but I will say the chicken sandwich saved this review. The lemon pepper chicken sandwich was decent!

Terrible location. Waited almost 40 minutes for my small dine in order tonight. Everytime I looked into the kitchen multiple employees were just standing around on their phones. The girl on shift tonight with the blonde hair and glasses on her head didn’t put her phone down the entire time it seemed like. Could probably get orders out quicker if your employees weren’t on their phones.

There is something wrong with this Wingstop. Went to the Wesley Chapel Wingstop and they are on it! This one I have never received the order like I want it. Today I had to season my wings at home. And they never cook it correctly. Asked for a little more time not burned and they always come slightly undercooked. Not that hard to let them sit in the cooker just a little longer. If I could go to the Wesley Chapel location I would if it wasn’t 45 minutes away.

I have never received such great customer service. You would think this Wingstop has three Michelin stars with how it’s being run. Food is always fresh and it astonishes me how fast it’s prepared at every extent. I will continue to come to this fine establishment almost every day because of its manager Sierra and how well of a job they all do.
