This was a DoorDash wing stop order and never in my life have I had such poor quality wings served and thought acceptable. The wing itself is smaller than my pinky finger and severely overcooked. Worst experience with a restaurant ever and will never receive my business again.

Employees are marking orders on the board READY and then even clearing them totally of the board before they are even truly ready. When I arrived, the digital board said my order was ready. I waited 15 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me then they cleared my order off the board and then I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting while I watch while they made the french fries for my order, that was supposedly 30 minutes ago already on the board so owners of this location either train your employees properly or just don’t use the board at all

This was the worst customer service experience we’ve had. We called immediately after ordering to correct a simple flavor mistake. The employee (who gave the name Ashley and then later said Keela) was rude, refused to help, and hung up on us.
She claimed the order was ready and couldn’t be changed. When we arrived, it wasn’t ready, and we were told to leave without receiving our food or a refund.
Completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated at this location.

The fries arrived cold. The wings were unusually small compared to our previous experience here and with other wing restaurants. The sauce did not have any flavor even though we chose hot. We didn’t have any napkins. This was our second Wingstop try. Not impressed. We will stick to our usual wing joint.

As I waited in line, I couldn’t help but notice the sheer incompetence on display. Despite there being six employees on duty, none of them appeared to be working with any sense of urgency. Orders were being prepared haphazardly, with little regard for accuracy or efficiency.
To make matters worse, when orders were finally ready, they were invariably messed up. Incorrect items, missing sauces, and cold food were just some of the issues plaguing the orders. It was clear that no one in the kitchen or at the counter cared about the quality of service they were providing.
As the chaos unfolded around me, I couldn’t help but feel sorry for the owner of this establishment. With customers demanding refunds left and right, it was painfully evident that the Wing Stop on Clark Rd was in dire need of better management and training for its staff.
In conclusion, my experience at Wing Stop was nothing short of a nightmare. The sheer carelessness and incompetence displayed by the employees made for a truly unpleasant dining experience. There are a lot of Karen’s on here complaining about service, time wasted, answering of the phones, etc. My experience here began terribly (but that was Door Dash’s fault, not the restaurant). When I called I was explained to the restaurant what happened with missing food in the order. Not only did they remake the food that was missing, they remade the entire order. Aside for that the food was on point and wings were nice and saucy!!! Don’t listen to the the one star reviews, they are just old and cranky

The Clark Road location is the worst service I have ever experienced. I have tried them three times, each time hoping my last visit was not the normal horrible service. Unfortunately all three have been progressively worse. First, don’t bother trying to call in an order, they NEVER answer the phone. If you have a coupon you can’t use it online ordering because their system does not provide any way to use it. Tonight after waiting over 20 minutes to call in an order I gave up and went to the store to order. I get there and am told I have to order online. I informed them the online system won’t recognize the coupon. Then they tell me the in store register system is down and they can’t help me. Each visit there has been some sort of system issue. Each visit the employees really can’t be bothered to help you. The franchise owner and/or manager should be embarrassed at how this store is operated

So for me I feel Wingstop should have some kind of evaluation on who owns their Wingstop’s if I had to guess the same person or company owns all the Wingstop’s in the area. Cause they all suck. This one just less sucks. Have the same order 10 piece well done not burnt and Fry’s. Fry’s was under cooked not sure how hard it is to cook fries but whatever. And the wings were cooked good but they didn’t coat every wing not sure why they didn’t just a few tosses in sauce and it’s good but obviously that’s hard as you can see in the pic not every wing is coated. I just don’t get it I like wing stop cause it’s universal and I like the flavors.
