This store or whoever the employee is working nights is disgraceful. Every order has missing items and missing ranch. Then completely unhelpful and rude. I was done from this store after hours of communication with several parties and did receive a refund for the employees disrespectful behavior. Unknowingly my child and friends made a delivery order tonight – again missing ranch and large side of ranch. Also he or they decided to cut holes in the bottom of the soft drinks… wild.

Wibg stop used to be really good until they went Fast Food, now service and food has really changed. Its all right if you really want simply whatever make it quick but, its not that great and i would rather wait at Hooter or somewhere were people were friendly and not in bad moods.
My food came at me with a push out the door , and the staff still arguing about the customer before me.. won’t be going back there unless I don’t have other choices.

We placed our order 20 minutes before we got to the store. Once we got to the store we proceeded to wait over an hour for our order that was preordered. Nobody at the counter was acknowledging the fact we had been waiting an hour. It’s a shame because wing stop is a treat for us. Never coming to this wing stop again.
EDIT: After starting the count down for hour two we finally got our food and the order is incorrect. Insanity.

I don’t mind waiting for food, but waiting just to get acknowledged is frustrating. Every time I come here it takes forever for someone to even help at the counter. Employees walk past without saying anything, and you’re left standing there wondering if anyone is working the front. The food is fine when you finally get it, but the lack of urgency and customer service makes it not worth the wait. This location seriously needs better front-of-house management.

This Should be self-explanatory. I ordered my food online. It said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there exactly at 30 minutes. My phone will still not ready until 20 minutes later. In the meantime, no one ever came to the front to the cash register, where there were 9 other people waiting. I spoke to another customer who said they had ordered in and had been waiting for there food an hour and ten minutes exactly. There were 9 people in this store working 8 men, one woman.
Only one of the men we’re coming to the front just to hand out orders. Every 6 minutes seem like. And the guy handing out the food was very very rude.
And all the while there was no manager insight.
By the time i got my food and walked out the door more people were coming in the store to experience what i did. I went out to the car got my phone went back into the store and took a this picture!! You’re welcome.

Rude staff that think they can treat doordashers with disrespect. I do this for a little extra cash and don’t need a kid fresh out of high school talking down to me. I pick up orders there all the time, and have great rating from Doordash customers and should not be treated that way. They should know who I am. Will not be doordashing there again.

10 of 10, the staff was on point. Walked in the door, and the guy greeted at the front counter and had my order ready.
The wife was very happy as well. Food was fresh and tasted great. No complaints.

Ordered 50 wings through their app, was told to pick up order at 3:33. Order was not ready until 4:25. The worst part, we only got 36 of the 50 wings we ordered. Of the 50 wings, we ordered 4 flavors and all 36 were buffalo, which wasn’t 1 of the 4 flavors we ordered. Spent an hour trying to reach someone. We got our missing 14 wings at 6:15 PM. Awful experience for an $80 order.

I got bone-in wings & Cajun fries. The fries were very spicy and the wings were good but no better than anywhere else. I wish the cashier would have told me that the carryout container had holes in the top and to carry it flat. What a mess!

I ordered the 15 piece on 12/9/2020 . I didn’t get the 15 pieces I paid for. My wings were soaked in grease and little to no seasoning. 7 should’ve been lemon pepper and the other 8 Louisiana rub. This is the trash they served.
