I felt the need to do a review today, I’m a regular at this place and to be honest I normally think food is ok,not amazing, but just fine for what it is but… the last two times I ordered I was just disappointed, like 2 weeks ago I ordered and my wings where dried as dust in the middle of the Sahara Desert. Last night I ordered again, and when I tell you my wings looked like they where cooked 2 weeks ago I mean it, I order mild wings normally and they always look red from the mild sauce, yesterday’s where black, dried, even the chicken was dark! I don’t know if I want to eat here anymore to be honest.

We ordered through Uber eats and the food was good. We didn’t want the fries so we did extra veggies instead. Nice they give you that option. We got the 30 classic wings and were able to get 3 different flavors. We ended up with their smothered fries because it was free with at least a $10 order. Very good and lots of sauce on all the wings. Will definitely order from them again.

I order a simple meal, And I can’t even correctly get my order. I ordered eight wings with corn, and a side of honey rub sauce… Then proceed to receive cold wings, with FOUR jugs of CHEESE!! NO RANCH, NO HOT HONEY RUB SAUCE. Then have the nerve over the phone and tell me come get the sauce for free?!? I live 15 minutes away, the dasher already took almost 45 minutes to get to my house because he had other deliveries to make before mine, my food is already cold, and you want me to go over there and get free sauce, THAT I PAID FOR AND DIDNT RECEIVE!!! NO, I WANT MY REFUND!

Racist Cashier named Charlie refused to recook my fries after not cooking my chicken correctly. I ordered 60 wings paying almost $100 online to pick up in the store. I called the store immediately after taking my order and asked could they make sure the wings are well well done which they said they could do.. but do not. She told me it would take 21 minutes to recook my wings but I had to keep the fries they had already cooked. Since that made no sense I asked for a full refund and the name of the Female store manager. Refused to give me the persons name but called her(the manager) who also refused to get on the phone with me. She the stated she couldn’t give me proof of a refund and I have to wait up to 5 days to get my money back when all I wanted was my food cooked correctly. This store is either racist or incompetent. So after the manager refused to give me her name and stated how she can’t recook my food because I asked for fresh fries, they then call the police on me! This stores employees are ridiculous, I have been eating Wing Stop for over 10 years in multiple states and never have I been treated so harshly at any Wing Stop location. I will be filing a grievance with the corporate office who is tracking the managers and cashiers and hopefully something changes. smh

Edit: this is what is important to employees instead of your food. I waited 45 minutes again. It’s been months since I visited. Obviously nothing’s changed.
Thought I found a new wong place. Thought wrong. I don’t have 30+ minutes to wait for my meal again. You have how many friers and all you sell are wings…. How can it possibly take? Too long is the answer here! Not going to return again. It would be quicker for me to go buy them from the grocery store and cook them myself.

App order confirmed at 3:58pm. Estimated 13-18 minutes for pickup. Arrived at 4:10pm to see order sitting on rack. Opened non-sealed bag. Fries were not hot or crisp. Respectfully request fresh hot fries. Manager Gabbie rudely came over and questioned order time/pick up time. I asked her if there was a problem.
Seems like the kitchen timing is off. Management needs to manage better. Fort Myers location is much more attentive. Hint: don’t put fries in bag until timing lines up.

We had issues with our order, but the GM Gabi made it right! She was super nice and accepted responsibility immediately, so we will definitely be back! People mess up, it happens, so it’s all about how they handle their mistakes and they did fantastic. All the employees were very nice (and we all know once you point out a mistake sometimes employees can get a big attitude and these ones did not). The wing sauces were delicious and the ranch was on point! Would recommend and we will for sure be back whenever we are craving wings!

Tried to order through Wingstop website and it told me that my payment was declined, but I watched the notification pop up that the money had been taken. I called the store to see if they had our order as well as our payment, and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and abruptly told me “We do not have it, call your bank.” She got hung up on and I advise never to try ordering through the website. And maybe try a different wingstop tbh

Someone had to say it: POSSIBLY THE CLEANEST WINGSTOP LOCATION IN THE NATION holly smokes. Food is an statement yes however the staff is on point, at it! Thanks guys keep up with the good energy!
