Great experience at Wingstop! Josh made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in—super welcoming and friendly. Justin absolutely nailed it in the kitchen and cooked the wings to perfection. Ely was great as well and had us laughing, which made the whole visit even better.

This was the fastest service I’ve ever had at a Wing Stop and the staff was cool. The wings were the best I’ve had in a long time. I’m a Wing Stop fan but not all locations are the same. This one is on my favs list. Look at the beautiful, delicious, hot lemon pepper wings. Yummm!!

I specifically put extra crispy / fried hard on both my wings and fries because I know I prefer my chicken cooked a little longer — especially at this location since I’ve had issues before.
I got my food within 10 minutes of leaving the store and both the wings and fries were still soggy and undercooked. Not even close to extra crispy.
Since moving to Lakeland, this Wingstop has consistently been bad at fulfilling orders to the point my mom doesn’t even order from here anymore, and I’ve literally had to finish cooking food myself at home because it wasn’t done properly.
It’s really disappointing because I used to love Wingstop, but this location seriously needs to do better with following order instructions and making sure food is cooked correctly.

Ordered deliver from Uber eats 3 times, all three time the orders have been wrong. All 3 times they forgot the fry’s (how is that possible) 2 of the 3 the wings were not done (still raw inside) the other they made the wrong type of wings.
If you go in it is good but NEVER get there delivery. If you call they ignore you and tell you deal with Uber Eats, was also tole to just heat the wings up more myself. . So two of the 3 times we had zero food & all be it we got a refund we still had to pay the tip Uber would not take that off. so lost money.
This many issues is a management issue not training or looking after what is going on.

Wings always incredibly dry, I always choose extra seasoning on the fries because regular isn’t enough but it’s like they ignore the request because these fries are very plain. Always takes 30+ mind for food to come out, always forgetting to put the ranch.

The food came out very fast and although we were missing our Hawaiian chicken wings, he made sure that we would get it kudos to Jackson.

Stopped by very late around 11pm after a long shift of working and I came to pick up my order only to realize I never placed it. Dave was at the window and was very nice and accommodating. I placed my order and was expected to wait but he had my order out within 5-7 minutes and everything was perfect. Exceptional service and made me feel cared for. Will always come back here. I always get the Louisiana dry rub wings, fried hard and they’re DELICIOUS!! The fries are hand cut and are paired great with the ranch dressing, which is also amazing!! If you have the chance, try the fried corn.

Order through DoorDash tried to call location to have them add extra seasoning for 30 minutes. I was unable to get anybody on the phone just the automated Center then I asked my Dasher to ask if they would add extra seasoning to Parmesan wings and lemon pepper wings that’s just sprinkling more seasoning a couple of sprinkles she was told no because it would cost more wings arrive And you would’ve thought I ordered plain wings. No seasoning at all every other wing had about a dollar or two of lemon pepper seasoning on it. The wings were disgusting dry no flavor and I had bought a 15 piece waste of money using their online order system, you’re not allowed to add anything leave comments and you’re not able to reach any actual human Worse idea Wingstop has made is to turn themselves into an automated system like you’re calling the bank. I do not recommend this location. I travel a lot for work so I have eaten at a lot of places and this was by far the worse.
