Purchased food from here Friday, unfortunately towards the end of meal and drink, I noticed what would be considered mildew or mold in my cup after I already ingested my whole meal and drink. That is absolutely DISGUSTING, and when up brought up to management all I was offered was a refund. Please check you fountain drink prior to drinking anything from them.

Do not eat at the Wingstop. Ordered from here for pick up, and we were missing half of the wings we ordered. When I called to explain we just wanted a refund for the portion that was not in our order the gentleman who claimed he was the manager stated he can’t give me a full refund. I explained to him I did not want a full refund, I just wanted a refund for the portion of the wings that we did not receive. In response to that he said we should’ve counted the wings before leaving. No other Wingstop has ever acted that way or suggested that we have to open multiple boxes on the counter to count wings.

I walked in and placed an order. The girl messed up the order and gave me something I didn’t order. I was already home before I found out. I called and she offered a refund for the bad order. I spoke to the manager a couple of days later who also said she will issue a refund. I’ve been waiting for over a month and I still have not gotten the refund.

Oh boy does this location have some of the most incompetent cashiers. They’ll ask if you’re here for pickup, look at the bags that are ready, won’t read the names, then go to the back without updating you if they’re still working on it or if it’s almost done. I went in and clearly told them who I was picking up for and the cashier glanced at the two ready bags, then went to the back without saying anything. They were busy so I assumed it wasn’t ready because she didn’t say anything else. Until the manager came to the front 15 minutes later, read the bag, and to absolutely no ones surprise, it was my cold order.
Maybe hire a cashier who knows how to talk to people or at the very least, be courteous. Food is usually very good but the fries are 50/50 on the seasoning and crispiness.

I think you’re better off ordering from Uber Eats or whatever delivery app. Their priority is only online orders. We had to wait an hour for our food. The workers didn’t seem like they cared. The two cashier’s were joking around, playing around, kinda unprofessional. It felt like the cooks were taking their sweet time. Again, they were prioritizing online orders first (which were later left to sit for long period) and not people actually coming in to order. Beware, you might be waiting an hour for your food. There’s also no tables with this Wingstop. You’re better off ordering.
Only food complaint: Fries were extremely Salty.

September 12 ,2024. I ordered my food over the phone. I received excellent customer service at 10:00 p.m. tonight. Came inside all smiling faces.. excellent personalities. Working hard. Excellent customer service. This staff tonight was excellent all the way around. The food was excellent. Not greasy not salty but perfect. The tea was good. The restaurant was very clean. Amazing customer service at this location and the food. They all work very hard and what they do everyone at this location I can speak for. They all deserve a raise. Thank you so much.

Everyone’s attitude was fine just lazy and full on liars. I was told 15 minutes on a 16 wing (4 flavors) order and waited 40-45 minutes. Watched others who ordered around the same time as us get their food ten minutes or more before us. The person who ordered right before us had time to get his food, eat it, and come back in to tell them how much he loved it. I guess we fell through the cracks. Stupid excuses the whole time about how bone-in wings take longer when I listened to those other orders and they were for bone-in wings too. Or how there are deliveries and online orders ahead of us when again I watched other people place their orders after us, get their food, and leave. They also can’t give refunds unless a manager is present and lucky me none were. When we started complaining the food magically became ready but still took another 5 minutes to put it all together, needed three workers to do it too. Wings were good at least. They should because I think they made them one at a time. I would suggest not going here or just order online to avoid the hassle.
