This Wingstop truly disappoints after ordering $61 worth of food and coming home and cooking my own fries Truly disappointed the food taste nothing like chicken more like grease. Not sure how many times the wings were fried as well as the french fries would definitely recommend driving to the Apollo Beach location or ordering from the other location.

I’ve tried giving this Wingstop multiple chances since they opened, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff is extremely rude, on more than one occasion, I’ve walked in and been ignored while waiting at the counter. Instead of greeting customers, the employees just stare, waiting for you to speak first, with no sense of courtesy or empathy. They’re often chatting in the back, and by the time someone finally helps, I’m already frustrated. When they do come to the counter, they don’t even say hello. The food quality is also hit or miss. Overall, the customer service is terrible, and the manager at this location really needs to reevaluate how this store is being run.

This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The fries were cold, greasy, and soggy. The burger combo was very basic — just bread, meat, and pickles, which was not what I expected. My daughter also asked for ketchup, and it was missing from our order.
Overall, the experience was not great. I wouldn’t return or recommend this location based on this visit.

I purchased about three times since they opened first time asked for well done and it wasn’t done. I let it pass since they have just opened waited a few weeks and ordered again still not well done and sauce was too little . The third time it was finally well done but barely any sauce covering the wings. I’ve always had wing stop barely had issues always great, now that it’s close to me I am not sure if I should give it another try or just wait until I’m in a Tampa to have wing stop.

I love Wing Stop. And on weekdays when high school is in session the food and service is great. But my meal I picked up last weekend completely burned my trust. I don’t wanna call out the young individuals working that night as appearing to care less about my order than the dirt under their shoe so I won’t…but it was on Saturday 27 December between 5 and 6pm.
Asked for extra wet, couldn’t do it saying it had to be done in the app. Asked where the extra wet button is in the app, couldn’t answer. Then they looked us in the eye as they handed us two bags of underdone wings that were bone dry.
I’m sure if I ordered wings here again, four out of five orders would be fine. But if I can’t trust that a $40 order will worth $40 every time, I’m gonna pick a different place to get wings every week.

I purchase wings and it was not to my liking, and the manager was gracious enough to replace my order and she’s very professional and very hospitable when I came into the restaurant. I sure wish I could steal her from my business. Thank you, Ms Mocha . No more buffalo wild wings. We really appreciate great food and great service.

The food was just ok. My chicken tenders tasted like the frozen Tyson tenders you buy at the grocery store. The bad part was the music was obnoxiously loud and they were playing rap crap with swear words in it. I’m glad no kids were there. So the owner knows I was there on December 1, 2025 around noon or so.
