Honestly this location don’t warrant a star at all! First of all I ordered online on New year eve! My order was very wrong but they didn’t fail in charging my card $45.14 for 30 wings and delivered 16 with corn quarters that I didn’t ask for but the most disrespectful part about my experience was the person on the phone, identified herself as the manager actually told me that I could only receive a refund to correct their error was that I bring the food back the next day as they were closing early on New Year’s eve! That woman failed Wingstop tremendously with her lack of professionalism. It appears that the employees screw orders purposely to eat the return food!!! Do better WINGSTOP APOLLO BEACH store! I don’t understand the whole we don’t take orders over the phone past a certain time. I’d much rather not interact with anyone there and I PREFER to order online but if your system is working idk what you expect. I can’t imagine who ever owns this place is happy with there being no format to place an order and no accommodation if systems are not working probably. Really shouldn’t be an issue to call and place an order like any traditional restaurant. And when we finally got them to make the accommodation it was with attitude “well if it’s going to be a big deal then I’ll take the order”. Girl , if you don’t want to do your job don’t work here. Taking orders a pretty generic part of your job. I’ll update my review once I get my food to see if my food paid for their frustration over doing the bare minimum.

We placed an UberEats order that arrived old, cold and very overcooked. We took it back to the store to have them remake it. It was extremely busy, and they had 6-7 people working–2 were working the front. The light-skinned, African American, young woman with the long braids asked to try our food to test them, which I thought was strange. She didn’t act like she was actually “testing” them but moreso making a meal of it. She ate a wing and chicken tender, licked her fingers and then the other African American young woman with red short hair pulled into a poofy pony tail came up to see our food and took it back to get it remade after agreeing the food was overcooked. My husband noticed they didn’t trash our food and the 2 girls I just described working the front continued to eat off of our food between helping customers, licking their fingers right in front of us and never washing their hands. At one point, the light-skinned girl went to the back after filling up her drink cup and grabbing a cup of ranch. She returned licking her fingers to help a customer. We won’t be returning after this incident.

I ordered online prior to showing up. The girl kept telling me my order wasn’t ready yet for 10 mins. Finally, she asked my name again and said they didn’t have my order at all. I showed her my confirmation and said “I’ll have them make it right now.” Got home and I got the wrong meal. Paid extra for traditional wings and got nasty boneless. I don’t even like them. Shame.

UPDATE: It’s now December 30th, and I still have not gotten a refund for the order placed but never received on June 8th. This is theft at this point.

Placed an order on June 8th. After learning it was going to take an hour for 6 wings I called the store to cancel the online order and went to get wings at another local restaurant.
I sat on hold for 20mins waiting for someone to assist me. In that time I got more food and drove up to the restaurant to attempt to cancel my order.

The staff appeared disengaged and everyone was in their own world doing their own thing. The store wasn’t busy so not sure why the wait was almost an hour. When I asked for help, a young lady who couldn’t complete a sentence took my information down from my order and said “this takes 2 days they do it every night” now I’m not sure what that was suppose to mean and had to ask for clarification. Again not a complete sentence that makes any sense.

It is now over a week later and I still have not been refunded my money for an order I never received. As a customer who doesn’t get paid by this company I shouldn’t have to manage your employees to do their job and do what they need to do. Also there has to be a more efficient process to complete refunds for customers. And lastly why does the GM have a Gmail email address? Isn’t this a professional establishment?

Tried to pre order for Super Bowl . The order was placed for 2/2 immediately called them to change the date. They refused and stated I could not get a refund. I paid and never received any wings.

Always order direct through the app for delivery. No drink was delivered the last three times. The delivery company stayed Wingstop told them no drink. I had to give my address twice by phone call as the information wasn’t given to delivery guy.

If it wasn’t for the honey hot wings, I wouldn’t order from these ignorant fools. I used to get pick up but got sick of waiting an hour after the expected time to get the food. The girls upfront were rude when you asked when your food will be ready.

AVOID this location at all costs. I called this location to place an order on three different occasions , at different times , never any later than 8:30 pm. Each time I called I was told they were not accepting phone orders. They were accepting only walk in and online orders. So the first time, I didn’t order. The second time I did an online order but the app won’t let me make any changes . The third time, I walked in to see somewhere between 6-8 employees gathered in the kitchen talking. They asked if I was picking up and I said no I want to place an order. Now they tell me they aren’t taking orders in person either , only online. How lazy are these kids. Absolutely terrible experience. I went to another wing stop down the road , it only had 3 people working and they kindly
Took my order with out a problem. The Paseo al mar location in Apollo beach has to have the laziest group of kids working there I’ve ever seen. I can’t even rate the food because they don’t seem to want any business.

This is my worst experience at Wingstop by far I asked the cashier how long for my order after I have been waiting for 25 minutes and her response was I do not know I said are you serious or are you joking? Then I showed her my receipt to show her the time that I have been waiting. Then she proceeded to argue with me about how she does not know how long it will take for my food because they are short-staffed. I told her I have nothing to do with that. I was just asking for a time and I just can’t believe that your response is I don’t know how long this going to take. Apparently we are at store number 2637 and they are very unprofessional and continue to argue with me me as I ask for a refund as I sit here to make this post. I have been waiting for my refund for an additional of 10 minutes. The employee namedPatience showed me none. She was rude and disrespectful. She’s the one that told me she didn’t know how long my food instead of giving me a quote on the time
