I’ve eaten at Wingstop many times, but this was my first order. The taste was terrible; I felt like they used very old chicken. My family and I tried it, and it smelled awful. I will never eat chicken from this place again. Why would they use old chicken to prepare food for customers???

I ordered a combo on uber eats and when it arrived, the fries didn’t have the seasoning I asked for which was hot honey rub and even my own drink didn’t have the safety sticker. I’m extremely paranoid to even drink it as without that sticker idk what my uber driver could have done to it? Really? And the stickers they put on the bag so secure it wasn’t even secured on right at all.

The wings are hot the wings are good we ordered 75 wings we got about three or four orders of fries a large order of corn and we paid 120 bucks this fed my family Saturday, after a long day at the pool and Sunday morning and afternoon, with Wingstop you can go wrong, the young lady that took our order was awesome! They are more of the 5 that my orders for the liberty came incomplete. It’s not the delivery drivers fault. Is the problem of the store, that they never have the order completed. I always do orders though $70 – $100, and they always fail my orders. This is the last time I order from this company because I don’t feel giving my money

Boneless wings heavy,breading,small nugget size, not much better then frozen . Sauce’s = basic, mass produced, garbage.
This business has what could be a good business plan, But fails at execution. Being no better then grocery store frozen food .

I really wanted to give this restaurant a shot but four times coming here now i have had to sit and wait for over 20 (almost all of my given lunch break) minutes as other customers enter, place their order, and then leave with their food. The first time i was a little upset but figured things happen. They are now 4/4 with this. As someone who works in a sit down restaurant that gets orders out quicker, i just cant accept it anymore. Congrats wingstop, you have made me leave my first ever review on google because your service is that poor-

The attention was not bad, the store is unattended, dirty in parts. Both bathrooms closed out of order, that part of the restaurant completely dark. I ordered a dip that was never served. I really don’t understand how a store that sells so much can be managed so poorly.

On my last visit there was ROACHES on the counter straws . I’ve tried giving this place a chance it seems like when management is there wings are cooked right but when there isn’t wings aren’t cooked well and fries are barely seasoned . If you ask for them to adjust something they get upset and over do it . After the roaches I saw I will not be returning

What a terrible experience!Ugh as soon as i walked through the door i was met with such a stank attitude from the woman in the back,apologize for my language but she stared us down from the back and didn’t even take our order or the 3 people in front!!The one who took our order had nose piercings which i find inappropriate and unsanitary to my food,and she had not one not three but 2 airpods in and had the nerve to tell us to speak up this really grinded my gears also i asked for parmesan cheese and it was not even in the bag i had to ask my partner to go back down and ask for some and the lady only gave us one when she specifically saw 2 me and my husband,outrageous!!My husband said that she was very rude and threw it at his hands what a chaotic night will not be attending here again.-P.s-they even mistakes our food bag for a garbage bag i mean cmon absolutely disgusting and gross behavior!!!
edit 12/13/23:came back to give it another chance i didn’t know the “seasoned”fries come with no seasoning so bland flavorless just something to chew on unbelievable

Staff very bad attitude to customers. Well to be fair it was only 1 specific employee. Came at 11:55pm. They close at 1am. We had 7 people. We are customers spending money. As soon as we walked in I saw one of the guys in the back visibly upset at our arrival. He rolled his eyes and I could hear him from the counter as he said “damn man”. Apparently he doesn’t like when customers come in. If I was the manager I would tell him to clock out & go home. That sort of attitude should never be displayed to customers. Be careful who you have working in your restaurants.
