I got a six-piece boneless wings combo with regular fries and drink ($11.59+tax). I am very conflicted with this place. The fries were terrible. They were very soft and soggy. I would rate them a 1. The boneless wings were good size and the barbecue sauce was fine. I would rate the boneless wings a 4. The place had a lot of takeout traffic. I would consider trying this place again but I definitely would not ever get the fries again.

Walked in to order to go, 4 employees talking in the back, all with their back turned to the door….after waiting for some time to be acknowledged, I finally said hey! What’s up wingstop!? An employee begrudgingly came to take my order and made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience. Asked a question and was just given an idk. ♂️ … I don’t eat that…. Well ok then.
The tenders were hella over seasoned to the point of almost inedible. Got cheese fries with the smallest amount of cheese I have seen. Was supposed to get 2 ranch, only got one and the tea was old and gross.
I have been here a few times and every single time employees act like jerks, been rude and dismissive and generally don’t give a bleep… but it will be the last. I will not be visiting again. I’m not sure if all wingstops are like this, but I’m not going to test my luck. Wingstop, im out.

Terrible Staffing, No Time Management, No Type Of Order or Control. We order at 7:47 is 9:19 and we just got our food. GET THE RIGHT STAFF TO THIS PLACE AND WILL BE A SUCCESS. Wont be back!

TERIBBLE !!! First off , they took 40 minutes to make my food and they were taking their sweet time. They were in the kitchen just laughing and talking in a circle while my food was on the counter.I had to remind the lady and she was like “oh yeah”. She didn’t even apologize. The food made me so sick that when I think about it I get sick. This happened with a few of my friends as well. I am never getting this again. The area as well was very dirty. The floor was dirty and sticky. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

We just spent $75 at this wingstop and couldnt get our refund because rhe “manager” could not do it and we would have to wait till tomorrow to get one. We waited 1 hour for our food just to find out that the lady did not call our name and saw us on multiple occasions yet did not call our name to let us know our order was ready. The lady also lied to all customers stating that food would be ready in 8 minutes knowing that they were backed up 20 minutes. We will not be eating from here ever again and we advise others not to as well as others shared the same experience.

OMG this is my first time trying Wingstop this particular branch is close to where I live and I was happy to see how clean the place is and the staff are really nice and welcoming. I also appreciate how they use gloves while making the food. My favorite is the Mango Habenero chicken tenders. I will definitely come back to try the other flavors as well.

Never had Wingstop before and I was feeling adventurous tonight so I decided to give it a try. Wooow what a surprise! Being a chain restaurant didn’t have high expectations at all… like at all! They executed my order perfectly even if the order was kinda tricky. At pickup I was greeted by a lovely girl who handed my order right at the quoted time. Food was amazing, probably one of the best wings I had in a very long time. We’ll be back for sureee

Okay so I didn’t rate the food which would make the most sense L O L but I couldn’t wait and I’d forget or not feel like doing it later and this girl Brianna NEEDED this good review. Well idk if she NEEDED it but I needed to give her one cause that girl is awesome. She was literally the only person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone at ANY wingstop (and I’ve been to several locations from Broward and Palm Beach County) and she was the first personable, kind, helpful and fun person to chat with for my pick up order. Listen, I get it- everyone should be like that. But these days it’s SO hard to find great customer service and you gotta compliment when it happens. Also, it makes the place they work at look better, too! When people feel recognized, they feel like continuing to do a good job and hopefully those around them want to do as darn good job as them. Anyway, Brianna (sorry if the spelling is wrong), I hope you feel recognized and continue to keep it up. With your kindness, you will go far! Haven’t gotten our food yet cause I LITERALLY just placed the order but just needed to make sure you felt seen in case you don’t or haven’t been. God bless you richly, girl!

Came here for the convenience considering I didn’t feel like cooking after being in the ER all day for a leg injury. I call asking if they could possibly bring my order out to the car because i’m injured and I had my sleeping baby in the car. She says yes your order just came up. Cool. I wait in my car for about 20 minutes and nobody came outside but I can see inside that they’re talking and doing their own thing so i’m assuming she’s not coming out. I take my 3 year old sleeping child and limp in because (I still can’t walk) but it’s fine cause it’s not their job to walk it outside to me. The thing that bothers me, the most is simple courtesy I walk in struggling to open the door. Nobody helps me then when I tell her my name, she asked if I want a couple when you can clearly see that my hands are full with my daughter in the bag of food so I Say no thanks I’m gonna drop this off and I’ll come back in because I cannot carry it when my hands are full. They see me struggling. Nobody helped me. I come back inside and I’m struggling to fill my cups with the drinks and still nobody helps me. I struggle to get the lids for the cup, and nobody helped me, but they sat around talking to their friends at the table. In no way do I want to sound entitled like someone SHOULD help but with my experience in the service industry, I 100% would’ve helped somebody that is clearly struggling right in front of me. Food still bomb. Staff not so much
