Ordered delivery from the night before on my anniversary just to end up finding an extra tender with my 3pc and it’s bitten into, On top of not receiving our drinks. The fact that workers like these lack attention to the things they’re doing is wrong and sickening coming from a food place which is wingstop I understand if you’re hungry but you don’t do that with customers food because I worked for the food industry so right here is just food safety violations.

Ordered Wingstop delivery through the wingstop app. Unfortunately we had to canceled our order since it was running late by 30 minutes. I do not like cold wings. I called the store and talked to the manager to see if she could cancel that order and make me a fresh batch that I could go pick up. Denied my request and had an attitude. Said that it would be a waste of wings. Regardless it was a waste because I asked for a refund and ordered pickup, from the wingstop on congress and 10th ave.

OH Em Geeeeeee!!!! The LEMON PEPPER wings are THE Best I’ve ever had! Soooo good we ordered delivery TWO days in a row! Also tried the fried corn. Compliments to the chef! The ranch dressing is so unbelievably delicious, I’m embarrassed to say how I devoured it. Love that you can order carrots vs celery. And I prefer fried hard. I have a funny feeling, I’ll be ordering again tomorrow. ♀️

Got a veggie stick order of dry as hell vegetables, as if they’d been sitting there for a while. I tried to finish them, but couldn’t. Eventually I just asked for a refund. They made an excuse that I’d already eaten some, so they refused. Absolutely livid. Lesson to learn: if they give you bad food, just dump it on the front counter right away and ask for a refund immediately.

Someone was in there alreay complaining.(about the lemon pepper seasoning)(the worker was so combative. I ordered mild wings and it came with little to no mild sauce. Called and spoke with the a woman who said i would need to pay for more sauce even tho i didnt get what i paid for. 30$ for a 15 pc and half my wings are dry. Yall need new employees who actually make the food with some type of care. Wingstop has a good variety of flavor and heat. You can go from extremely mild to atomic heat. Also a good place to catch up with friends over a casual lunch or dinner.
The menu has a variety of selection choices, from a personal 8-piece dinner, to a group serving size of 30-50+ wings. I’m not positive on this, but I think they may cater also.

Waited 30mins for my food, was for dine in but ended up doing take out since it took so long. You’d think if it took so long they’d make sure the orders correct. Nope Was supposed to be 2 flavors they only gave me one, I knew i should’ve checked before i left but that’s on me. Lesson learned.
