We order Wingstop often and usually love it — food is always hot, crispy, and well-seasoned. But this time, despite asking for our wings and fries well done (like we always do), they came out pale, soggy, and under-seasoned.
We’re 30 minutes away so couldn’t return it, which made it feel like a waste. Still love Wingstop, just disappointed this order wasn’t done right — especially when the instructions were clearly noted (see photo).

You can get good wings here- that’s about it. I’ve never seen a more disgraceful group of workers in one place. They have no manners, no kind words to say, I watched them laugh at a customer for no reason – just asked for her order and they were laughing at her and cracking jokes on her appearance. I will never ever purchase anything from here just because I’d rather give my money to anyone else than to them. It was so uncomfortable, it was just yucky. Who is even running this place- they need help too.

Ordered the boneless wing meal and it was everything I thought it would be. The wait time seems to be better now. Clean store and the restroom was clean too! A younger lady named Ryleigh, helped me pick out the flavor and told me I should try the corn next time I come. It was a Sunday afternoon but it seems like the store is coming together. So happy we have a WingStop in the area!!

MY family LOVE this store. Manager Tiffany is fabulous. She has patience and a heart of gold to make sure our orders were correct while multitasking and helping other customers. We LOVE ordering on the day shift, because the employees cook your food with LOVE!!!!

We ordered online. But Received the wrong order from the delivery person. Called customer support they didn’t resolve the issue. I took it back to the store and manager said she will refund the money and give me a paper copy but never received any refund from them. Bad service. Terrible experience.
