Ordered a big meal here. The food was good as always but this time they shorted us the veggies and a brownie. I ordered and paid for 2 on the app and when we got home is when we learned we had been shorted. I guess we can’t trust them anymore.
Even more annoying is that I called the store TWICE. I was put on hold TWICE by 2 different people, and both times they NEVER came back to the call.
It’s going to be difficult to order from this location again. If this is the kind of business they do, they don’t need my money anymore. Especially if they are going to short my order.
If I spend over $50 at a wing place, I expect to get what I paid for.

Ordered the 20 boneless wing meal. The girl taking the order spoke so softly and mumbled that we both found ourselves leaning over the counter in order to catch what she said. She made no effort at all to speak up or show any interest in enunciating. We had to wait 20 minutes for the meal to be brought to our table. We were the only couple sat inside. It was noticeable that the fries were not very hot and almost mushed together. The over -riding taste of everything, was salt. I mean it was a salt fest. The boneless wings were so bad my girlfriend asked me if i thought it was real chicken. The four flavours of the wings had obviously been created by the kitchen demon, as each was so intense, but not in a good way. To say that each flavor was odd is not an exaggeration.
The meal was that bad that we left most of it. Our parting words to each other was, ” Never again, and, What the heck was that?”.

I rarely write negative reviews. However, I ordered in store and went home. I was really excited and when I got home, it ended up with this. Although they messed up, this flavor is distasteful and unsavory. Who ordered this?? Really??? Are they my classic mango habanero and lemon pepper???

I know it’s Super Bowl and I understand the pressure but why tell a customer it’s going to take an hour and when it’s an hour they say “your order is not even on the screen, it’s going to take another hour”. They had about 7 people in the kitchen, and still couldn’t handle it. While I was in line canceling my order so was about six others. How disappointing.

I been ordering several times since this davie location first opened always satisfied other than one time which I overlooked and always recommend them. Recently on Nov o1, over the phone I ordered the 15 piece classic combo Garlic Parmesan on 11 and BBQ on 4. When I came to pick it up they said it was paid. I said I didn’t pay they first disagreed and I told them I would know if I paid. It was an error on their end.. When I finally got home , there was 3 small flats not very tasty and 12 drumettes with lots of grisle. We actually ate 10 and trashed the rest. I called to complain and spoke to the manager Odell. He remembered me from being honest about not paying, apologizing and advised me the next time I order he will take care of it. Few days later we ordered the samething and he took care of me after they called him. When I got home everything was excellent and delicious. I just want to say Odell has excellent business sense with empathy as well for customer service which is valuable for customer service. We have had their boneless wings several times as well on Tuesday specials and only once I was disappointed. In the restaurant business when serving customers everything can not be perfect each time. Talking to the right problem solvers makes the difference. This young man deserves an A plus for outstanding excellence service. Michael Meyer

I received 2 1/2 Korean Spicy BBQ boneless wings, and 4 1/2 Mango Habanero. I guess it was whatever they had for the night. They were ice cold and hard. It was supposed to be 5 Korean Spicy BBQ and 5 Mango Habanero.

Put my order in (a 10 piece wing combo), to go. 30 MINUTES LATER, my order was still not ready so I approached the manager/owner. She asked me to wait another 10 minutes for my order as they ‘were busy and had a lot of orders.’ I told her that if I waited another 10 minutes then that would mean 40 minutes for my order and she simply said “sorry.” After seeing more orders go to other customers I decided to just get a refund and leave. 45 MINUTES after putting my order in I was finally able to leave with a refund and absolutely no offer from the owner/manager to ‘make things right.’ There is a reason this place has only 3.8 stars as of my review.

Ordered boneless wings. Received tiny pieces that resembled popcorn chicken. When I asked the wingstop staff if thats how it’s supposed to be, they simply answered no it’s not and showed me a chart that shows that they shouldn’t have served me the small pieces. They advised me that next time it shouldn’t happen again. They did not offer me any sort of compensation for my order that they messed up. Buffalo wild wings has better food, service, and their new promo is a much better deal than wingstop.
