I’m surprised with the reviews. We went there for a quick lunch after Ross and we enjoyed it very much. It has basic chicken burger, but nice fries boneless or classic wing and vegetables fries. Coca freestyle machine was a plus. Totally worth it

We were short 35 wings. On top of that, we received 15 wings we did not order. We called the store and the manager tried to gaslight and tell us that he put everything in the bag, when in fact he did not. He accused us of eating the wings already because we took too long to call. He was being rude and unhelpful. I just wanted the wings i payed for, why would I try to finesse 30 free wings. I suggest to retrain your staff on customer service hospitality.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Ordered 75 wing pack which totals to a little over 100 dollars. We did not receive 30 wings. The manager said he personally checked the bag which was a straight up lie as there could have been no way or he would’ve noticed 30/75 was missing. Regardless of that we even offered to just take the entire order back in order to just get our money back. The manager said “it didn’t work that way.” He said it had been too long since the order was ready, yet we noticed as soon as we arrived home with the order. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and practically called us liars. Ruined our family reunion and wasted our money. I have no reason to steal food from wing stop, just wanted what I payed for!

I just placed an order that came up to $65.00 and the boneless chicken were not fully cooked. The two batches of fries were cold and soggy so we asked for new ones and they gave us burned fries with no salt. Seriously never going to this place again. It’s a shame because it’s new and very close to my house but the food and service was terrible.

We have ordered 75 pack to pick up but when we reached our destination we noticed that 30 wings were missing. We called back and the manager didn’t cooperate or try to help. Horrible service and management, on top of that extremely rude. I won’t recommend coming here at all!

The fact that the people answering the phone don’t speak English very well is very frustrating when placing orders. The universal language here in America is English not Spanish. This happened twice on two separate occasions. The manager is the one who has been either taking my order or finishing my order. Imagine being on hold waiting for a a manager just to place and order.
