I always go there once a month during my college semester at MDC Kendall to buy my usual Original Hot wings and Mango Habrano wings. The people are very friendly and their ranch sauce is very savory to enjoy dipping my wings! They gave my order after 5 minutes just in time before my next bus outside to get back to the campus with Metrobus 107. The inside of Wingstop at SW 107th Ave and North Kendall Drive is too small to dine in with only a few tables.

They were both deliiicious!!!
The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because the blonde lady in the kitchen had a pony tail and wasn’t wearing a hairnet. I could see her hair flying left and right every time she turned her head in the kitchen and It bothered me a lot! It’s not very sanitary.

Ordered wings and they came dry with absolutely no sauces on them. This location also either severely overcooks or undercooks their fries. They’re never right. You’re gonna get either burnt sticks or wet shoelaces. I gave them 3 chances since they’re so close to my house, but this location is BAD BAD BAD; go to the one on 120th street at least that location is consistent.

The main issue that completely ruined my dining experience was the excessive amount of oil drenching the wings. When I opened the box, I was shocked to find what appeared to be a soup of oil rather than a box of wings. It was a sight that left me feeling disgusted and utterly dissatisfied.
The wings were completely drowned in oil, making them unappetizing and practically inedible. It was as if they had been sitting in a pool of grease for far too long. Not only were they visually unappealing, but they were also overly greasy and left my hands coated in a layer of oil with every bite. The constant dripping and oozing of oil from the wings only added to the unpleasantness of the meal.
The flavor of the wings were overshadowed by the overwhelming greasiness. It was evident that the oil had seeped into the meat, masking any potential taste the wings might have had.
To make matters worse, the rest of the food I ordered suffered from the same fate. The fries, which should have been crispy and enjoyable, were soggy and oil-soaked.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and attention to detail, especially from a well-known establishment like Wingstop. Sadly, this experience fell far below those expectations. The excessive oil ruined what could have been an enjoyable meal, leaving me unsatisfied and regretting my decision to order from Wingstop.
I strongly advise against ordering from this particular Wingstop location if you value your taste buds and your overall dining experience. With such a multitude of other options available, it’s best to steer clear of this disappointing wing debacle.

I came into this store sunday the 13th around 12:30 pm and as soon as i walked in i was received with a bad attitude from the cashier, she acted like a three year old while taking my order. We were 2 people i had only ordered a 3pc and she was already asking me if i was done when we were clearly debating what to get next. she was super rude. i myself work in the food/ restaurant industry and this kind of behavior wouldn’t be tolerated at my restaurant. truly disappointed. i believe her name was emily because i heard someone say it.

If I could give this place 0 STARS I would. The cashier that worked the night shift on January 18th until closing behaved completely unacceptable and not to mention predatory. My friend went there to have dinner with friends and instead she was interrupted again and again from the cashier just because he liked her. Regardless of if you find a customer attractive or not you should treat them with respect and NOT harass them. This is completely insane. She’s also told me that this happened with another customer and this almost caused this employee to get fired. I WILL be going in tomorrow to speak to the manager as NO person should ever feel this way just to get a meal. The fact that she had to call ANOTHER person to intervene with the cashier is BEYOND me. The only reason why I couldn’t go was because of a family emergency, regardless THIS should never ever happen. Completely disappointed and disgusted.
