Ordered delivery and never got the order. Contacted them and they said order was given to the wrong driver. Had to wait for an hour instead of the expected 20 min. Aside from that the order was incomplete. Tried addressing the situation with the manager Maya (which refused to give me her name) and she hung up phone on me twice after making a 2nd call to her. Bottomline, she told me to complain to whomever I wanted and hung up on me. No professionalism what so ever. And good thing I speak Spanish because she does not speak English. It is incredible that this restaurant chain would have employees treat customers this way.

I went a day that was extremely busy for the UM national title game waited an hour after it was suppose to be ready and the order still was wrong. I went back 2 weeks later and no question asked they made it right .things happen glad to see good customer service.

Crispy chicken strips were good, but a bit too salty (perhaps only this time)

Worst Wingstop ever. It’s a shame it’s the closest one to my house, everytime I order the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for a while. The fries never come crispy or fully cooked, they mask it by loading it with the sauces. Been years of this. Properly train your staff. This is such a bad store.

I placed a to go order I received cold fries. I asked the Guy to replace them with fresh fries. Apparently, this was an inconvenience for him because he stated next time they will not replace it. I spent $75 at this location and Fortunately, for him there will never be a next time, Because I will never return here.

How is it I call to make an order to then be placed on hold and the store hangs up on me. I understand why the store is at a 3.2 and I didn’t even have to waste my money to find out how bad the service is. Just spend it at another franchise since it’s difficult to take an order over the phone at this location.

First time ordering at this location. I have eaten at many locations and I am addicted to Wingstop. This time I ordered as usual from my App. I could not believe the order took a good 1 hr and 15min after I ordered the food. The app is usually accurate and it did say 19min, so we took 20 to get there. What a mission. On top of the 20min time they had to cook the food, they took an additional hour to actually get the food to us. The place was full of patrons waiting on the food. First time this has ever happened to me at a wingstop. I’m not sure that it was that they were short staffed or that the present staff just gave up and were overwhelmed. THE FOOD WAS ON POINT and although they gave me the wrong flavor wings, they managed to give me 2 extra wings. Food was good. The wait is unacceptable but tolerable. The only thing that was not cool was the attitude from the staff. I’ll give them a bad day and they are probably not getting paid enough for the pressure. Just expect this in case you order from this location.

Why did they change the fries? Before, they were amazing fresh hand cut fries. Delicious with the ranch sauce and utterly addictive! They were the reason we bought boneless wings at wingstop. Now, not so much. Just mediocre frozen fries. Please bring back the good fries!

The worst Wingstop I’ve ever ordered food from. The service from the waiters is incredibly poor, and they don’t serve anything you order properly. They tell you a time and you arrive and they still haven’t placed your order. In short, the service is terrible and there’s no professionalism at all, it’s embarrassing.
