Please stay away until they are investigated by the health department or corporate inspectors. This was the worse restaurant experience of my life. It started when I entered and attempted to use the bathroom. I attempted to open the door and it was “locked”. I waited and waited. I asked this manager lady, and she rudely said, “I don’t know, somebody in there or somethin”. She could have cared less. I waited longer. I said something was wrong, maybe someone was dead in the bathroom. Finally, another employee that showed some caring checked, and showed me the door was jammed and had to be forcibly opened. It took a long time to order, and then, the wait. And I waited. And I waited. Meanwhile, I got some tea that was very watered down sugar water. I mentioned it to the manager and the rude bathroom lady said: “Get the other tea! Try the unsweetened!” Like it was my fault. I got a Diet Coke instead. Then I finally got my order which was wrong. I had to wait, again, for the celery. That took another 5 minutes while my food got cold. I was shorted on the fries, which actually tasted ok, but small amount. This picture was Friday night at 7:30pm. I was trying to place an order and they kept telling me to give them a minute that they were prepping other food. Turns out they just didn’t want to take my order because one of them told me they were only working online orders and not trying to take in more orders. I left the store at 8:02 because they refused to take my order in store. This place was disgusting and unorganized so maybe it was just a blessing in disguise to not get food poisoning. This establishment should be shut down honestly, I will never be back.

Soup wings is what I got. Now what I ordered was the Louisiana Rub which is a dry rub. They got the order wrong. They were not wearing gloves. They only put the gloves on when another customer came in and started to record them.
