I ordered through the App. Walked in and staff greeted me then ask if I wanted to order, advise did it on the app. She ask the name and stated almost ready. When done she handed me the bag and greeted me farewell. It was nice, really don’t have an issue with this store.

Terrible experience. I ordered wings and fries to pick up Sunday for super bowl and what a surprise when I got home and my fries were completely burned and greasy. I called make a complaint and they never returned my money. Definitely this is a place that I won’t recommend. It’s like they don’t care for their customers.

First time at this wing stop and the management team is horrible and the service is horrible here ! Worst customer service. Worst wing stop ever ! The manager jara is extremely rude and demonstrates worst customer service ! I had a horrible experience and she messed up my order and I had to drive back to the location even though I called over the phone and explained the situation and then got there and she was so rude and laughed in my face and thought it was ok to give bad customer service to customers by laughing in there face ! This was our second time that we ordered at this Wingstop. Waiting time average is 20 minutes, wings are fresh and delicious. Fries were cold. It gets pretty busy, a lot of take out orders. Since this is a new location it probably take time to settle. All in all, we definitely keep continuing going to this place.
