Went in to pick up my order of 15 traditional wings. Store was full of customers with a table full and stacked with bags upon bags of completed orders. All of those orders were repeats of previous orders people had already picked up and the employees couldn’t communicate that amongst themselves. They failed to correctly refund a different customer and they were unable to produce any orders during their self-made disarray for over 45 minutes. They spent more time arguing than they did working.

The food here is good- but there’s no reason why it should take over an hour for an order of 10 wings on multiple occasions. Especially when I see other people who ordered the same amount of food after me receive their food before me. No other wingstop I’ve been to has had service as bad as this location. Last time I ordered, I was also given 2 wrong flavors, but after waiting an hour and driving home I was too tired and hungry to go back. At least the random flavors tasted good.

Placed an order a week ahead of time to pick up for Super Bowl Sunday. Went to pick it up 15 minutes early. Waited 40 minutes for them to make it. Never got it. Then they fight with me to refund my money. Y’all not just sorry at making chicken on time…y’all sorry at business. And don’t bother asking me to contact you. I have always experience good customer service. I highly recommend ordering ahead and pick up because the wait time can be crazy. Lately, I’ve been sticking only to the boneless chicken after having a bad experience with finding feathers on my wings. The food was very delicious and the fries were crispy. The sandwich was really good, especially with the ranch dip. I always get extra cooking time for my chicken which makes it crisper.

New Year’s Eve. They are busy. But it’s not the store itself that’s the problem when I made a delivery order on the website. Whoever is contracted to drive for wingstop is awful!!!! So after two hours I drove in my PJs for my highly anticipated wings that were now cold and hard. The young man working the front is quiet, probably over stimulated bless him but he is being very kind and nice to everybody. I could have asked for them to remake it but nah. It’s not their fault. Just be aware even on non holidays that their delivery is super slow!

Absolutely horrible. There were bags and bags of done orders and mine was one of them cause I saw in the screen that it was completed. I waited cause I didn’t want to bother the guy cause he’s attending another person. He’s taking so long to take this order that a big line is forming. I keep waiting and waiting and nothing. He took so long talking to the customer that people started leaving. There were construction workers wanting to order and they left because of this guy. He finishes with the guy and tells the big line he has to wait cause now he got to give the orders in the bags. I thought “finally, I’m going to get my meal”. I’m in front I say hey my order is ready, I’m literally in front of him, told him my name and he starts calling other people. I think “fine, get the orders out, I will get mine eventually”…. Wrong! He took he stoped with the bags that are done, leaves to attend another person that came in. He finishes with that person, I’m still in front, I say to the guy, hey man, my order is ready. He looks at me he starts talking to the guy behind me, then he pick up the phone to take a call. By that time many people left and cancel my order. Cause he was disrespectful. You lost clients there and I’m glad. I’ll be telling everyone not to buy from this establishment.

Great customer service. My wait was not long, my food was hot and delicious. The 0.70 boneless Monday and Tuesday is an absolute must! If you enjoy yummy chicken wings, well seasoned fries and a clean place to eat during those random Florida pour downs this is the spot. Definitely plan to return.
