We have ordered plenty of times from this Wingstop and we were very disappointed this time with our order. The employees were rude to my daughter, when she would ask about a drink they wouldn’t even let her finish her sentence and they were out of a lot their drinks. Our food was cold, we had ordered corn on the cob and instead we got mini corn on the cob. This food was not worth $36 for them to be skimpy.

Ambiance not a really big concern because of the takeout business being primary business. We ate in. Took about 10 min to get order. That’s fine. The lemon pepper wings were crispy and flavorful albeit a bit salty and Dad loved the garlic Parmesan ones!. The fries were fresh and hot. Ranch dip was also very good. The inside area was very clean and you can see back to the kitchen. Also spotless. It was a really nice first time experience.

Why why why did we change Out on the french fries. The french fries was the best part of the meal. I also think they changed out on the wings as well. Something about the taste was not right or the texture. I can’t put my finger on it.
I rave Wingstop. However, I don’t know about that anymore. Maybe I’m gonna try another location just to see if it differs.
Unfortunately, I will Order just the wings, but it’s not the same without the french fries. It will be a once in a blue moon order. Also, I see they got skimpy on the french fries. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it

You gotta have the ladies wear hair braided, or go back to hair nets! My food was full of hair! I don’t get grossed out if theirs a hair in my food, but 5/6 bites had long hair in the wings, and in the fries!! Nasty! I had to pull hair out of my mouth! Yuck I normally don’t complain, but I think something should change.

I did an online order for pick up after work. The service was great picking up the food, even got a free side of ranch which I was grateful for. My wife and I came home to eat and the wings were very burnt and dry, and my corn had no seasoning on it like I ordered. I called in because I live 20 min away and just worked a 12hr shift. I was told I can’t get a refund unless I come in and return the food. I asked to send a picture or even partial store credit and I received a “yeahhhhh soon sorry”. I will not be returning to this location.

Most horrible wingstop
Went there to order after waiting 30 mins for 6 wings they ask me to do a survey before I get the food, but I’ve tried other wingstop so was assuming it’s good
Upon receiving my order I drove home just to see that part of my order was missing and they miss the fresh fry’s with older fries it’s was so damm horrible.
If it wasn’t for my kids needing this I would never have gone.
DONT LET THEM HAVE YOU DO A SURVEY BEFORE YOU EVEN RECEIVE YOU ORDER JUST FOR A FREE FRIES ITS NOT WORTH IT…..

Food not good. Fries were “brown.” Looked burnt and refried (another review on here mentions the same thing.) They were loaded so they doused them with ranch and cheese, but could still tell they were terrible quality. Mango habanero boneless wings were ok. Garlic parm classic wings were terrible. Dry, pathetic. I had Wing Stop once in Altamonte and it was phenomenal. Won’t be going back here again.
