The Wingstop in Oakleaf is one of those places that just gets it right. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and made with care, and you can tell pride is taken in what comes out of the kitchen. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, not the forced kind of service, but the kind that makes you feel glad you stopped in. Everything runs smoothly, the vibe is positive, and the overall experience is easy and enjoyable. All around great service and a spot you can count on when you want good food and good energy.

The staff was amazing considering they were swamped bc everyone was picking up orders before the football game. However, I was shocked when I saw how little the order was when I got home. $46.21 for 2 people.
I’m so glad I didn’t invite anyone over for the game. I used to spend every Sunday @ Buffalo Wild Wings in Orange Park and I don’t recall ever paying that much for wings.

I’ve had some good experiences here. The food is ALWAYS good and fresh. I’ve had good customer service. They work their butts off in there. Wing Stop is Non Stop. The only thing is, they are never on time. If you order for pick up, 15 to 20 means 25 to 35…. Be prepared to wait in a small cramped area that part sucks.

Terrible, terrible restaurant. I ordered DoorDash because I’m 9 months pregnant and was craving buffalo wings. I’ve had Wingstop before, and love their Buffalo sauce. I ordered 10 bone-in wings (which cost more than boneless), and wanted All Flats (an almost $3 upcharge) tossed in mild Buffalo sauce. I got 9 wings, not 10, zero sauce other than some oil, and 4 of them were not flats. Literally every part of my order wrong. I will never be getting food from here again.

I ordered the 30 pciece crew pack. I only recived 20 wings. They were inconvenienced with my call, stating only “when are you coming to pick them up?”. No care or apolgy that I had already “picked them up”. Unfortunately, I was not in a position to return to the store and price adjustment was not an option. $47 for 20 wings, fries and 1cob of corn.

If I could give something below 1 star I would. Never have I been to a place with equally bad food and service. Me and some friends placed a very basic order for wings all together and we ended up waiting well over 30 minutes – probably closer to 45 in all honesty. We saw countless people order and receive their food prior to ours. What was worse is that the waiting area in the store is very small, and with the layout, all the heat from the kitchen made its way to the front. And at this time of year, waiting outside isn’t any better. Eventually we are asked what we are waiting on and we mention we already order. They admit that they forgot our order and would “get started”. We finally get our food and guess what? It was wrong. We got cheese fries as opposed to regular fries… Some may consider that great except that half of us are lactose intolerant. Ultimately, the food was mediocre at best. This has honestly soured my entire perception of Wingstop. I see no reason to go to one ever again.
