Everything seemed fine, wait time was a little long but nothing out of the ordinary for a wingstop location. When I left and ate my food in the car, I noticed the chicken was cold. Not warm, not frozen, cold. Flavor is good but it was literally as if it came out of my fridge.

To give credit where credit is do, it was there first week. However, the service was alright at best. We asked for a rag to wipe down the table but we never got it until we asked again. The fries were dry, however if you are a fan of the taste freshly sliced potato wedges, you will enjoy them. On a lighter note, the chicken was wonderful and the place was relatively clean.

So, we finally got a Wing Stop. I was a little skeptical looking at the prior reviews, but maybe it’s because of their first day…. anyways, i had a pretty good experience.
The cashier (Charity) was excellent. Service with a smile! She got my abs my friend’s order quickly and correctly. We were told a wait of 20 minutes. This was 11:30 and pretty busy.
We got our food in less than 10. And by this time the dining room was full, but they were handling things at the counter just fine.
The food…hmmm. Wings were ok, not bad but not great. Boneless i ordered. They tasted gif but there was way too little sauce. It’s like they brushed some on top, but completely ignored the bottom. You need to TOSS wings in sauce folks! Add it a cheap out or laziness? Can’t say.
The fried were over seasoned but were ok, nice flavor, mostly soft. I do like them cooked like that though.
Kind of a tight dining room, but it was all clean. Bathroom too!
I’d say a 4 overall. I am a but worried that this location is a bit cursed. It’s a small slot in a small strip. No drive thru. Small parking lot and difficult access. Nice busy area though. We’ll see how this place fares.

Fries are awful. Wings ok but not what I expected. Very overrated. They were extremely cold. Chicken was ok just really big besides the flats. Expected more. Will revisit though. Maybe try something different. The parking lot has trash everywhere. Makes you not want to visit.

I visited the Wingstop on Tuesday, April 1st, for a 10pc Cajun wing combo w/all flats cooked well done and added 2 for $2 chicken tenders in the hot honey rub I enjoy my fries welldone aka crispy, and they were good this time around, but the tenders were extremely salty, tough, and overcooked in texture. I had difficulty chewing them. When I noticed the excessive saltiness, I thought it could possibly be the wing flavor, but it wasn’t because my wings were a different flavor profile I get regularly, and they were entirely too salty also I contacted the store to speak with a manager on duty and explained the situation. They told me they’d remake my order, so I inquired their name and work schedule for the next couple of days. I returned on Thursday, April 3rd, for my remake and asked for the manager I’d spoken to. He approached me, and I presented him with my receipt as requested over the phone and told him we’d spoken on the other day regarding my poor food quality. He took the receipt and proceeded to prepare my order remake, so I took a seat. I watched him take wings and tenders that had already been cooked previously instead of preparing my order fresh or cook to order. I ignored this situation and noticed he didn’t put my fries in the bag, my dips, or the drink. I inquired about the fries , ranch dips, and drink, and he told me I only complained about the wings and tenders, so that’s what he replaced. Sadly, it was a combo that was incomplete because the main entree “The Chicken” was inedible, but I wasn’t gonna argue. I did request my ranch dips again for the wings and tenders, but he said I had to pay for them SMH (Shaking My Head). To be honest, them replacing my complete order with the fries, drink, and dips was a common courtesy for the inconvenience. Also, no apology was given regarding the poor experience, and the manager didn’t pay attention that I had “all flats.” He tried to tell me I didn’t, and when he carefully reviewed the receipt he saw, I actually had, which he didn’t seem happy about. My Wingstop experience was below standards on this remake, and the fact that I had to purchase my dips, fries, and drink, spending another $25 didn’tmake me a happy camper. The standards, customer service, and food quality in Albany can be quite disappointing in comparison to the same restaurant chain residing out of town. I’ll be taking a break from Wingstop and hope their team improves on customer service and food quality. A friendly reminder, please know your consumers are your bread and butter, so treat them as so. Also, the way you take time and attentiveness to prepare your own food or food for your family and friends… please do the same for others. I honestly felt this experience was a rating of 1 star, but I gave 2 stars because of past restaurant experiences that met standards at this Wingstop location. Good luck on becoming a team that exceeds standards!

I only bought wings. I thought the wings were okay. I placed a mobile order for 3 different flavors of wings. Felt like the wings did not have any seasoning and they are just covered in the sauce. In my opinion, the wings don’t sit long in the sauce enough to absorb it. Nonetheless, the service was great. I drove to the restaurant immediately after I placed my order and it didn’t take long for it to be ready. Although It was very busy when I went in to pick up my order.

First time ordering here since they opened. Obviously restaurants have the quirks in the beginning, so we gave them a couple months before going. It was pitiful. We ordered boneless wings and cheese fries. The wings were very dry, had barely any sauce on them. The fries on the other hand were okay, dry as well but if you like potato wedges you would enjoy them. The cheese was good but cheap and didn’t have much on them. For the price.. WingBox right down the road on Ledo is locally owned, better priced, and better food. Might return in the future. Will be a while though.
