Honestly, I’ve never been a fan of the chicken at Wing Stop, but the carrots, fried corn and ranch are my thing. So with that being said, I rarely go to Wing Stop.

I placed a Door Dash order and everything was just giving old. My boyfriend’s fries were the worst they were literally the bottom of the fry basket fries. Just pieces of what used to be.

The only reason I’m giving them 4 Stars is because they replaced my food with ease and I even got a little extra which was appreciated. They weren’t rude when I called and they didn’t ask me a million questions either.

Also the victory drive location is TRASH they will mess up an order you placed in store right in front of your face.

So Abercorn location… great way to resolve the issue on managements side and the regular employees as well.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop location. My order was only partially given to us. When my husband picked up the order, he asked for the order, and the cashier only handed him one bag, even though the order clearly required more than one.

When I called the store to ask where the rest of my items were, the cashier was very rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she blamed my husband and stated that he “didn’t ask for both bags.” That response was unacceptable. If a customer asks for their order, all bags associated with that order should be given automatically.

There was no accountability, no apology, and no customer service shown at all. Customers should not have to chase down missing items or be spoken to rudely when there is a clear mistake.

Three employees more worried about having fun jacking around than working. Playing inappropriate music in the kitchen area that was louder than the store music. It didn’t appear there was anyone in charge. Nothing wrong with enjoying your time at work but you’re there to work. Very unprofessional.

Do not order your food from Wingstop online. If you have a problem and want to get your money back. The manager Will Not refund your money. I am VERY unhappy with the Wing STOP at 7805 Abercorn St. Suite 20B, Savanah, GA.
I waited over an hour for online order. After waiting 45 minutes I went into the store and asked the Manager for a refund because my order was still not ready. I was told that he could not refund my money because I ordered online …
So we waited another 20 minutes for the food. I asked for one additional ranch dressing for our wings and I was told that I needed to pay for one additional dressing ..
The customer service at this location is terrible, and the entire management staff needs additional training.

Food is always good but the wait times are insane, especially after my most recent visit. Came in and got two things when nobody else was in line and I probably waited at least half an hour. Even a group that came in after me got their walk-in order a lot sooner than I did. I would totally understand if the place was busy, but it definitely didn’t seem that way this time.

I hate to be the one to complain because I know what it’s like to work in food service, but it’s just not a very professional look when almost the entire staff is either on their phones or cussing and yelling at each other in front of other customers.

I used to love this location when the big guy was there but recently it’s been horrible the staff doesn’t speak they literally mean mug you as soon as you walk in (ESPECIALLY IF YOU LOOK GOOD) then they get into little groups and whisper while not even acknowledging you! The first two times I thought I was being dramatic so the third time I ordered online but it was the same exact energy & they just ended up getting called out by the next customer that walked in! Then it was hair in my already soggy fries I’ll NEVER step foot in there again!

Everytime I order from this store they have me waiting over an hour for a small meal. Today, I placed an order onlibe first, the transaction went through and took my money however, the restaurant didn’t receive the order and the! I called and placed an order over the phone. Upon, ending the conversation I asked the cashier over the phone how long would it take he stated “huh I’m just a cashier I don’t know” then when I got to the restaurant I waited another 20mins and I asked again how much longer would it be, while he was trying to go on break, he lied stating he didn’t talk to me. When he knew exactly who I was when I walked through the door! Then the manager sitting there eating, then jumped in on our conversation yelling at me because I asked the young boy how long would it be because I placed the order over the phone, in which I talked to her too over the phone. Instead of her being a good manager, she escalated the situation to hostile behavior, me and her arguing and yelling at each other in front of other guests (embarrassing) but I be dam if I let anyone yell at me! Anyways I ended paying 2x for one simple meal! Every time I go there there’s always young kids playing not paying attention to the environment or customers! The wait time is super slow!

Let’s get into it. Food is great. The location is good. The atmosphere inside needs more lighting, it is dark, tables and floors need to be cleaned more often. The bathroom does have a sign that it is checked frequently, but it’s not.. toilet paper on the dirty floor, no soap to wash hands, so how are the workers washing their hands properly? I saw the black containers ..which all food is put in to-go or not being dropped on the floor and just picked back up and used. The drink station needs to be cleaned, and just one napkin roll for the whole dining area, and it’s those cheap brown roll napkins where it doesn’t soak up or clean anything. There also isn’t a trash can for dine in eating. Some workers need to be told how to greet and thank people for spending their money here. After all without customers they would not get a paycheck, and the owner will also suffer. Overall the food is good. I will return,but during the day only. See yall in the next review wherever I may pop up.

If you’re getting wings and leaving it’s not bad. The staff is either friendly or completely rude. My last order I was the only customer there with my son, the girl working to go orders just stated into space and ignored me. My order was right beside her in the bag. She wouldn’t acknowledge me just to pick up my food and leave. This lasted several uncomfortable minutes. It wasn’t until another customer came in. The hostess ignoring me said to the other customer “What you need?” and the customer said “I think this gentleman is in front of me.” The hostess tossed the bag of food at me and walked away. she knew exactly who I was and the order I was for but she would not acknowledge me.
